Be careful with this place as there are two parts, one side is old style Spanish restaurant and one side a modern tapas bar. I have eaten at the restaurant several times but it doesn't compare to the tapas bar which is amazing. The place isn't cheap but the tapas is modern and very good. The service is sharpe with... This restaurant is very very good, I have been going to Fuengirola for over 30 years and I cannot believe that I have never been before. The steak is mouth watering cooked to perfection and served by attentive staff. The whole experience was excellent and ŵe will certainly be back here next time. There was only one thing that could... As a table of 7 on the terrace, we enjoyed excellent service, stunning food and wine the Friday evening before Fuengirola Feria was to commence. The local delicacy, lightly fried aubergine with molasses syrup, was a welcome addition to the fine Iberica ham, matured Manchego, vegetable tapas starter. Steaks and sole dishes were cooked as requested and seasoned to perfection.... More

We have been here before at lunch when the tapas in the bar is fantastic, modern and eclectic. This time we had dinner on the terrace restaurant. It's made the most of a slightly difficult location, but completely balanced by the superb food. The menu is interesting and has some novel dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will go... A pleasant terrace restaurant with an inviting menu but lurking beneath were some decidedly weak points which is a great shame as this was the only "average" meal we had during our stay in Fuengirola. Firstly there were two waiters looking after service that evening. One was warm and welcoming the other cool and disinterested. Sadly it was the latter... More

We only get to Fuengirola once a year but we always tend to gravitate to this restaurant for lunch. Food is always cooked well and served quickly without any fuss. Not the cheapest of tapas bars in Fuengirola but the quality of the food is excellent. Menus are in English with good translations and the waiting staff have good understanding... More

My wife and I have been dining at the Charolais since it first opened, which must be around 30 years now, we would dine outside with our children in the area that is now the terrace, they used to use it but did not own it when they first opened. The place is an obvious success story has expanded into... More

If you visit feungirola this restaurant is a must but in the height of summer to sit on the terrace you will need to book. Your table will be yours for the evening and it is a very comfortable relaxing experience. The food is exceptional and very reasonably priced. Excellent wine list. Very attentive service. We will definitely visit again.

If you enjoy nice wine this is the place to visit in Fuengirola, the wine list brilliant. It's quite expensive compared to other restaurants but it's worth every cent. The food usually is top quality, a selected menu with every day specials. The waiters are attentive and helpful, explaining in detail about the wines, food etc. You can choose between... More
