Fortunate enough to have a relative who lives in torreblanca we visit this area often. Many many fine places to eat in Los Boliches but this remains our favourite. Their poor mans potato, potatas a lo pobre accompanies the tapas and I could eat these alone. I love their dog fish and albondigas. My wee ones love eating here even... More

Apparently there's two parts to this establishment, a restaurant and a tapas bar. We spent the evening in the tapas bar and had a great night. We didn't have a meal here but the wine and beer were excellent, the staff friendly. Nice atmosphere. Nice place to spend a few hours.

We have been to the restaurant and the tapas bar many times and have never had a bad meal. The menu of the day is great value and my husband loves the steak on the stone and the fish soup. It is worth booking as always busy. Antonio is always pleasant and helpful. Definitely worth a visit

I've eaen in El Rio several times, sometimes just for tapas, but also for dinner. The food is excellent and good value, the service very good and expedient. A great place for any time of the day.

Always good food - service - value. You wont be disappointed with either the restaurant or the tapas bar. Never disappoints. The boss Antonio is a perfectionist which comes across when experiencing this lovely establishment.

We have been part of the El Rio family for over 20 years and throughout that time we must have visited Antonio's restaurant over 30 times and we have never been disappointed. Outstanding service, first class food and great value for money. The chateaubriand is delicious and some years ago we asked if he could arrange a seafood platter for... More

I've been going to this restaurant for several years. It's always busy so worth reserving. It is 3rd line from the Paseo in Los Boliches, Fuengirola. The 'del Dia' menu is €12.95 and is excellent value for starter, dinner and dessert. Extensive a la carte menu offers fish/duck/chicken/pastas and steaks. The steak on the stone is very good, and the... More
