Tasty, Juicy and Flavorful Hamburgers - Cool Experience

I recently visited Hugo's with a friend of mine before heading to a craft show in downtown Fayetteville. I had never visited there before, but have heard about Hugo's. Unique restaurant off the square in Fayetteville...down the stairs in the basement. Small, so get there early or wait in line as people are willing to do. Great service...not sure if this was for your pleasure or because they are rushing you.

I have lived in Fayetteville all my life. Growing up here, you sometimes take for granted places that others will travel for, or at least come home for. Hugo's is one of those places. Back in the early 1980's, when I was in High School, we had an open campus, and it became one of our regular lunch spots. But... More

Busy night so we had a 20 min wait, but the food was as good as advertised. Bacon-swiss burger, reuben sandwich, fries, all very tasty. Service was pleasant and efficient.

A long time favorite of Fayetteville locals this restaurant is unique and a treasure to enjoy consistent quality food. It is truly underground, entered form a set of stairs on the sidewalk very close to the historic Fayetteville square. Burgers, trout and the famous dereck sandwich are always a good choices. Good for both lunch and dinner.

Hugo's has been around long enough to be a Fayetteville institution. Located below street level on Block Avenue, it's famous for its crepes, sandwiches, fries and huge servings of quiche. A glass of wine helps enhance your appreciation. The mint chocolate chip crepes are a decadent delight -- try to save room for at least a share of an order.... More

I often leave work at 9:30 p.m. and make a mad dash back Downtown to Hugo's. Some might call it a glorified hamburger joint (and WOW yes, the hamburgers are glorious!) but there's more. I am addicted to the Reuben sandwich, which I usually order with turkey instead of corned beef or pastrami. When Chico (I think is chef's name)... More

My favorite burger in NWA by far. Delicious blue burger and the fries are a must. Great atmosphere and beer selection.

Hugo's has been a favorite of ours for over 25 years. Always great burgers, homemade fries and lots of them, a great quiche and appetizers. Everything on the menu is good! It's a friendly environment and lots of fun for a treat. Highly recommend to everyone!
