My husband and I had dinner at Old Boro's the night before we left for home, he had lunch a few days earlier and thought I would like the atmosphere. We had a great dinner, my husband had the lamb shank and I had Shepherds pie. Both were excellent, unfortunately we could only eat about 1/2 of our food due... More

Went for lunch as we wanted some lunch before shopping in the centre. We had soup and a sandwich and whilst the food didnt taste bad it still only tasted ok. The service however was exceptional. There were two barmen on that day and both were very welcoming and gave great service and made me feel really well looked after.... More

My wife had fishermans pie with king prawns, salmon etc. The ratio of mash to fish was way off! Prices scandalous for what was given to... More
