Great food, family friendly, good value..

Went here for lunch with two families. Good food, prompt and friendly service, very welcoming to our children, excellent value, generous portions - even for the children's menu, appeared rightly popular... They made a very good bloody mary cocktail to exact specifications!!

My friend and I recently visited the stepping stone for a drink. We ordered our alcoholic beverages only to have a certain member of staff be rude to us. We showed our id to prove our age only to have him say to us that we look about 12 (we're 18) and made snarky comments about us to other people... More

Ate twice in Stepping Stones over last 2 weeks, once for lunch and once for dinner. The food was really good and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Lunch meals which we tried and loved were fish and chips, sausage and mash with onion gravy and fish pie. For dinner we had ribs and beef and Guinness pie, lovely. We... More

Went for dinner last night with family and whilst the food was good, we all felt that it was overpriced. On the upside, service was good and the place itself was nice.

The best place to eat in Dungloe. We ate in the pub part of the Bank Bistro, Stepping Stones. The food and service was a cut above anything we have experienced in the Rosses. Highly recommended.

I just had a wonderful meal in the Bank Bistro with some friends. The menu was really special for St. Patrick's Day. I loved the potato and leek soup, it was lovely. I had chicken and bacon with potatoes and vegetables. Then I had Bailey's Cheesecake. All so tasty. The staff are very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend the... More

We had lunch here after my nephew's christening and everyone had a fantastic time! There were 17 adults and 7 children, plus the newly christened baby. They had the table set up so we could all sit together, with the kids in a booth at the end. We had a set 4 course menu which had a great selection. soup,... More

We ate here over the Christmas holidays and, as always, we were very impressed by the standard of food and service at the Bank Bistro! The Menu was seasonal and varied - perfect! Each course was beautifully presented and the flavour was outstanding, really impressive! A special mention is warranted to the staff of the Bank Bistro, particularly Harold, they... More
