The best place to eat in Dungloe. We ate in the pub part of the Bank Bistro, Stepping Stones. The food and service was a cut above anything we have experienced in the Rosses. Highly recommended.

I just had a wonderful meal in the Bank Bistro with some friends. The menu was really special for St. Patrick's Day. I loved the potato and leek soup, it was lovely. I had chicken and bacon with potatoes and vegetables. Then I had Bailey's Cheesecake. All so tasty. The staff are very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend the... More

We had lunch here after my nephew's christening and everyone had a fantastic time! There were 17 adults and 7 children, plus the newly christened baby. They had the table set up so we could all sit together, with the kids in a booth at the end. We had a set 4 course menu which had a great selection. soup,... More

We ate here over the Christmas holidays and, as always, we were very impressed by the standard of food and service at the Bank Bistro! The Menu was seasonal and varied - perfect! It may be a little on the expensive side but the goat's cheese starter makes any visit worth it. Also recommend the seafood bake for a main -although it is extremely filling!

We made a reservation here after failing to get one at the Bayview (we went a few days later and it was excellent!) the Sunday the Mary of Dungloe was crowned. So the town was jumping! There were 5 of us - myself and my husband and our three kids (aged 9, 6 and 2). I had lamb shank with... More
