Great Meal and Great Service

We had dinner there one night last week. The service was great and the food was as good as we have ever had.

we stopped here on a Friday evening for drinks in their lounge and enjoyed it so much. After checking out the dining room and admiring the delicious entrees from a distance we decided to have dinner Saturday night. We were so lucky because Friday we were greeted by Joshua and Saturday night he was our waiter. He was wonderful, made... More

As part of my wife's birthday weekend I took her the Grand Tavern for dinner. We had the Scallops; Bisque and their special - Veil chops on Risotto. it was all wonderful - We really enjoy dining here. The piano music from the Hotel Lobby really sets a pleasant mood.

We have ate here every year since our wedding night. We sit at the same table. We order the same dinner. We order the same dessert. January 10. It was spot on. The kc strip was perfect. We mean perfect. The potatoes were scrumptious. The salad was fresh and the dressing amazing. The warm bread...perfect on a cool January night.... More

We had been to this location some years ago when it had a Restaurant called Chez Charles. Sadly, like many in Eureka Springs, Chez Charles, went away and the location was not significant for several years. But now it has reincarnated even better as the Grand Taverne and it is a delightful experience. The Dining area is mostly in the... More

Warm and inviting restaurant with a lot of local flavor. Staff very knowledgeable about the menu and sourcing of the items. Great service and food at a reasonable price. Be sure to save room for the desserts.

Our waiter was attentive and clever without "hovering" over us through the meal. The food was tasty and well prepared, and the prices were reasonable.

We have Thanksgiving dinner here every year. The service and the food are always top-notch. And added treat is when Jerry Yester is at the piano. (He played with the Lovin' Spoonful back in the day!)

After watching the Christmas parade we looked for a nice place to eat. We wandered down the hill and found the Grand Taverne. We didn't have a reservation but we were in luck as they were not too busy. The meal was a little pricey, but well worth it. My wife had the stuff mushroom and I had the Scottish... More

For what we paid, it wasn't very good. My husband got a steak, which was okay. I ordered a portebello mushroom dinner.. was not very good. Everything tasted VERY sweet, even my husband's meal was sweet (the butter topping on the steak, the potatoes, the veggies even). The mushroom tasted like it was marinated in a sugar syrup. The spinach... More
