First anniversary dinner

My husband and I had a wonderful meal. The scallops were some of the best I've ever tasted, and I grew up in Florida with tons of seafood! Great job to chef and his staff! I even walked into the kitchen to tell them how great it was!

Surprisingly high standards all round. I wasn't expecting it to be so good. The musician was wonderful, and our servers first class. The stake we had was out of this world, paired with a

My family (5) ate at this restaurant while visiting Eureka from OKC. This restaurant is located in the lobby of the Grand Central Hotel. The food was delicious and I sampled a little appetizers, soup and mains. Thursday and Saturday evenings, Jerry Yester from the Loving Spoonful plays piano and sings. Our server worked hard, but he was really overworked... More

I arrived on Sunday in time to experience their special for the evening of Prime Rib. I ordered my Prime Rib Medium Rare and my guest had Medium. Both were perfect! Great Atmosphere. The meal was more than we could consume and the Bellini's were excellent also. Just under $100 for two. So this is an upscale place for dining.

The Grand Taverne is located in the historic Grand Central Hotel. It has charming decor, great food and very good service. We were in the main room with a large, loud party. Don't hesitate to ask for a quite area as there are several smaller rooms for a quiet dining experience.

Pleasant vintage atmosphere in the lobby of the Grand Central Hotel. Had the scallop appetizer and house salad, both of which were excellent. The house made bread, served warm with honey butter was also very good. The service was good. Moderately expensive.

We have visited Eureka two-three times a year for the past 25 years and never miss dining at the Grand Tavern. We've ordered at least half the entrees and have never been disappointed. It's amazing that such a little town has acquired such a masterful chef, and we've never eaten a better steak anywhere and my husband and I definitely... More
