We stopped here for lunch and had a great meal. The reuben was hot, juicy, and tasty. Our server was attentive and showed us the free coffee station. You must have their decadent chocolate mud pie. Would return.

Had a very hearty breakfast here, and it was delicious. The underground dining room decor reminds you of something from mid 60's, Haight Ashbury! Friendly staff. Would recommend!

If you want an absolute awesome breakfast you have to eat here. We were absolutely blown away by the fresh and delicious food here. Kara the server was as good as they get. Very attentive and quick to your needs. No other place in Eureka can serve and beat these mud delights. A must eat in Eureka!

Like many other places in Eureka Springs, this one is located down a flight of stairs. The breakfast food is excellent, be sure to try to cheesy grits.

We stumbled onto this basement cafe during a recent visit to Eureka Springs, and it turned out to be my favorite place to eat for the whole trip. The underground atmosphere, vintage signs on the walls and decoupage furniture were charming. For lunch, we ordered the Waldorf salad and the avocado & cheeses on croissant -- both were outstanding. Wish... More

The service and the food is always fantastic here. My wife out ordered me this trip with the cheesy grits with vegetables and a fried egg on top. Best coffee in town too.

I have been coming to Eureka Springs 33 years and this was the first time we made our way to the Mud Street Cafe. Wow - I am sorry we took so long - our loss! Great food - well made - a little "added extra something special" - but the ambiance is wonderful! Try it out!

Excellent simple food. Desserts are unbelievable. Wish they were opened longer. As inmost downtown places, parking is a problem.

My husband and I visit often as a small getaway. Mud street is such a unique place. The food and coffee drinks are very good. The restaurant is in the basement. Long ago, mud flowed into the basement; hence, Mud Street Cafe.

We thought it would be a fun experience for the family to have lunch in this basement cafe with a sloping floor. However, I think that breakfast is the more popular choice. We all got sandwiches of varying kinds. The wrap sandwich my daughter got fell apart and couldn't be eaten like a normal sandwich. My husband got cold cottage... More
