We loved the food here. Everyone was very friendly, the atmosphere was fun, and it was overall a good value. I had the fajita chicken and goat cheese quesedillas, and my husband had enchiladas. The only negative thing I can say is that they were out of Moosehead beer, so my husband was a little disappointed by that, but things... more

I come here whenever possible (I live in Branson, 45 min. away). They use high quality ingredients here. Hamburgers are 1/2 lb. Don't order a lot of stuff on your burger (there's a lot of add-ons to choose from) or it willl have to be cut in two to be eaten! The cheeses are REAL swiss, REAL sharp cheddar etc.... more

Heard this was the place to go for burgers. They had a cheeseburger that Dad really liked and veggie burgers for Mom and I. Dad said the meat in his burger had a better taste to it than any he'd ever had. Veggie burger was very good. Had a sharp cheddar cheese on it that was very good. They are... more

We go to Sparky's every time we venture to Eureka Springs ( last time was in July)! It doesn't look like much from the outside but the fun, festive atmosphere and waitstaff make up for that...Was this place a gas station at one time?? Food seems to be made of quality ingredients..great salsa, burgers and enchiladas..not to mention a super... more

Upon arrival, it became apparent that it was more of a bar and less of a restaurant. We sat at the outside seating area while waiting to be seated indoors and it was pretty trashy looking. Tables dirty, etc and there is NO WAY I would eat a meal on one of them. Two of us had a chicken sandwich... more

I went in early January, asked locals where to eat. Sparky's seemed to be closest to where I was staying. The food was good, had burger, but getting almost done with my 3rd bite, I noticed the hair under the side of my other half. ICK! It was black. I have the blondest hair you can get...knew it wasn't mine.... more

My family travels to Eureka Springs several times a year and we never miss a visit to Sparky's! All of their sauces and dressings are homemade, and the burgers are FRESH...no frozen meat here! There is nearly always an assortment of enchiladas; our favorites being the santa fe (made with shredded beef brisket) and the key largo (made with tilapia).... more

I had dinner there and loved it. The Picasso Platter was an excellent appetizer, the goat cheese was the best I have ever had. The Guacamole burger was awesome. I had the opportunity to try micro-brews I have never even seen in the midwest. more

The chips, multiple colors, fresh and crispy. Good salsa, too. My husband's fried shrimp was delectable! Just the right amount of serving with good fries. My grilled tuna salad was good, but can't rave. The restaurant wasn't too clean, an issue that the manager needs to improve. more
