It is true what other reviewers have mentioned, the bar inside doesn't appear to have adequate service. However we were wanting to go outside on the balcony. Have been about 4 times since June. I suggest going later in the evening as it will be cooler. They have fans but don't work well enough. Parking may be easier to find... More

The bartender was too busy reading his book to help his customers. The woman in front of me was standing there a good three to four minutes before I walked up and said something to him. Then he was so mad about having to do anything. He was rude and the drinks were awful. The food came out cold and... More

Visiting Eureka Springs on a nice hot afternoon will sap the energy from even the hardiest of tourists, so when my guy suggested we find a place to have lunch, I was ready for any place with air conditioning. I was drawn to the 1905 Basin and we decided to eat there. Looking where to sit, we saw the balcony... More

We stopped in for a couple drinks on a Saturday night. Our bartender was terrible (poor kid, he was overwhelmed) so we left after just one $6 drink.

Located in the historic Basin park Hotel, the Balcony Bar is just that...a nice little bar/restaurant with a good sized eating area outside on the balcony overlooking one of the main shopping streets. AWESOME half-pound burgers and other sandwiches, live music and watching the people below. God prices, too...half pound burgers (served on Kaiser rolls) were about 9 bucks; and... More

Worst place in town. Rude staff. Over priced food and drinks...I mean way overpriced and RUDE STAFF. I own a restaurant in a tourist town in Colorado and I can tell you this Food is prepacked heat and serve meals. Margaritas are from a mix with little taste. All the tables around us were complaining about the food and service,... More

We arrived here on a Sunday night and open restaurants are limited. We had average food. Tables were stick and needed to be cleaned.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Balcony. The service was a bit slow, but it was very busy. I wait tables for a living and I have been in situations where there are just more of them than there were of us. It didn't change the fact that the atmosphere was amazing and the food was excellent. I will... More

My family ate here for dinner after shopping Historic Eureka Springs. The view is unbeatable. It is located in the historic Basin Hotel and It overlooks Spring St. where most of the shops are located. They had live music while we there. Three gentleman played a variety of bluegrass and country. They were very talented and it just added to... More

Had friends get married in Eureka at tree house. Then attempted dinner at horrible restaurant "Autumn Breeze" but left there before having dinner to go to balcony restaurant. We let waiter know about the ordeal. He took special care of us. But watching him serve other tables, I think he was just a good waiter.... We got a great table... More
