I dined there on 7/23. I used their call ahead seating procedure so they were expecting me. I was greeted promptly and courteously at the door and shown to my table. This place is great! Every little detail was flawless. The Prime Rib is the best I've ever had. The salad with home made Blue Cheese Dressing was delicious. The... More

Best blue cheese dressing I've ever had! Excellent prime rib and salmon. The course salted baked potato was delicious. Our waiter was one of the best we have ever had. He was attentive, and went above and beyond to meet our every need. The restaurant is beautiful from the time you enter the grounds to each of the adorable rooms... More

A short drive out of town you will find this amazing little rustic steakhouse. Def worth the 10 minute drive. It is known for it's Prime Rib, which was second only to my own personal recipe. The house salad dressing, a balsamic and sweet mustard combo is wonderful. We got there at 8:30pm and still had to wait around 30... More

Best ribeye I've ever had! Great atmosphere, awesome place. Highly recommend! I do recommend calling ahead but if you don't, well worth the wait!

My husband and I went for a little romantic dinner for two and this was PERFECT! We slept the 28 oz Prime Rib and it was enormous, cooked to perfection, and simply the best I have had. I ordered a cup of their creamy burgundy mushroom soup as well and was so glad that I did. Both dishes paired nicely... More

Gaskins was nice. We asked for Andy to wait on us because we had met him and his soon to be in-laws and he was wonderful. The steak was good, but not the best by far. It was just ok.

After a day of pampering, my family and I ended the day at Gaskins. My sister had been there before and enjoyed the atmosphere and food. We started with a bottle of sparkling wine and bread. The bread had a funny odor and taste--like it was in a greasy kitchen and the grease had settled on it. I assume it... More

We immediately felt welcomed by the host at Gaskins, and he referred to us by name the entire evening. The mushroom soup was heavenly, and the escargot impressively tender and well-flavored. The prime rib was excellent, as expected! The service was attentive without being overbearing. We really enjoyed the unique atmosphere of the cabin and will certainly return.

We shared the prime rib and still couldn't finish it. The meal was perfect and the service was excellent! A true gem for this area!!

The price isn't cheap, but it won't break the bank either, and it's well worth every penny. The prime rib is excellent, but so are a variety of entree's with something for everyone. The wait staff is dependably professional and the food great! My husband and I and everyone we've taken here always want to return. I recommend it!
