The food was great and the waiter was really good also. Try the sauerkraut soup it is the BEST.... Desserts aren't too bad either.

The bread was good, the sauerkraut soup was awesome, everything was good! We will be going back when we go to Eureka Springs again. Our waiter was awesome!

My husband and I ate here while in Eureka Springs for our anniversary weekend. I had read some of the other reviews and was a tad apprehensive about the quality of the food. My mother is from Germany so I was looking for the "real deal". Well, I found it! You MUST get the sauerkraut soup, it is to die... More

My husband is a German food fanatic (his family is from Germany, and his mother ran a German restaurant here in the states). Me on the other hand, not so much. However, his and I both absolutely loved this place! I had the saurbraten, wow, fantastic, delicious, wow. He had the barvarian platter, he loved it too. I sampled his,... More

My husband and I were looking forward to German food and were in Eureka Springs for our anniversary. When we first walked in we were greeted by a hostess in cheap plastic flip-flops, wearing some worn yoga pants and an old T-shirt with a Hawaiian print on it. We were immediately turned off, but we were looking forward to the... More

My husband and I were so looking forward to a meal here on our first visit to Eureka Springs. The person at our hotel told us that it was not that great but we were determined and went, even without a locals recommendation. Well, we should have listened. It wasn't bad, but not what we anticipated. (We lived in Southern... More

Very good food -- I've never been to Germany, so I can't say it's authentic -- but it is very good! :)

Food is delicious and authentic, service is impeccable. Save room for dessert ! The dining rooms are very nice and the tables are not to close together. I love the Wiener Schnitzel but my partner has the excellent Sauerbraten.

Authentic German food, including bratwurst, wiener schnitzel, smoked pork, potato pancakes and sauerkraut. Dinners averaged about 15-16 dollars, but you get A LOT of food. Bonus...try the sauerkraut soup! :)

This was my second time dining at this restaurant. The apple strudel is incredible. The crust is so light. It is not too sweet, just right.
