Chicken and dumplings with cornbread / hotdog / beans and cornbread. These are the things we tried and all was good but the dog my grandson complained that the bread was hard. I ate dumplings with cornbread and if I could have changed anything it would have been the cornbread ( traditional) to a sweet cornbread. The place has a... More

If you are looking for a very casual place for a good down home bowl of beans, this won't disappoint you. The white beans are very good, better than the pintos in my opinion. I wasn't impressed with the cornbread much, it was a bit dry. I like my cornbread moist and a little bit sweet. I don't recommend the... More

The beans and cornbread are really just like Grandma's. Friendly and helpful staff serve up home cooking. The blackberry cobbler with ice cream is a "must"!

Richard was so good at explaining the menu to us. We had never eaten there and he went over with us what all they offered. We ordered the beans and cornbread and my husband had the chicken salad sandwich and white navy beans. My husband was talking about the chicken salad later in the day! I have to say I... More

My husband and I visited Eureka Springs for our 25th wedding anniversary. Everything went wrong, including a trip to the ER and a beloved pet passing. I won't say that Grandma's Beans and Cornbread made us forget our troubles, but the genuine concern of the owners and everyone else in the restaurant - including the small children present - eased... We were looking for a quick lunch while out sight-seeing, and Grandma's was perfect for that. I had 1/2 deli sandwich & the vegetable beef stew. BF had a chili cheese dog. We were both pleased with the taste and value! Great lemonade too :)

A counter service restaurant in a quaint building. They had run out of most things and we encountered bad tempers from the owner/manager, confused staff, poor food (chicken salad sandwich was oversalted and gristly. Paper plates and plastic silverware. They wanted to close early and made it quite clear to us that we were in their way. would not go... More

This was the best dumplings I have eaten at a restaurant. You might call ahead if you want to have them. We did and got the last 4 servings. So glad we did.

I had the beans and corn bread, and my lady had the chicken and dumplings. Both good. Small building & nothing fancy here. If your're looking for larger or fancy, this is not it.

Good beans and cornbread, large portions and good soups that change daily. A nice laid back break from the usual restaurant fare and priced right.
