In a world of franchise restaurants that all taste alike, Caribe is a refreshing escape from the ordinary! A menu that has variety, is unique, and expertly prepared. The salsa sampler is a MUST!

Went in caribe at 7:27 pm on 08/31. The restaurant was hopping and were making our way to an empty booth when a gentleman told us they were closing and would not be seating us. The sign right outside the door and on the blinking sign outside said they were open until 9 pm on Sundays. He did not apologize... More

Blown away by the magical skills of the chef! Your taste buds will thank you. The salsa sampler is out of this world!!! The food is farm fresh, the service is wonderful & informative. I love the colorful decor, the music & the casual feel. I would eat here every day if possible.

A group of us visiting Eureka Springs set out to go have dinner and ended up at Caribe. When we walked in, it appeared somewhat small and was small and intimate. Greeted ambitiously and orders taken. Little did we know that when the food arrived it would look so amazing and taste incredible. None of us ever had Mexican food... More

Our visit was on a Sunday and they serve only a very limited menu then but the "Special" was very good. The servers seemed somewhat confused in handling customers but it did not impact us from an enjoyment standpoint. The margaritas were excellent which is something that is becoming increasingly hard to find in the States anymore. We will return... More

My wife and I went here for the first and last time tonight. Upon arrival we were seated at the bar until a table came available. We ordered drinks, a Brazilian twist for my wife and a dos xx for me. Our bartender/waitress made my wife's drink then left. She took the time to mix one drink but then apparently... More

Walked inside and sat there for 15 to 20 mins and listened to two ladies cuss, complain, and gossip. The two ladies never even botherd to check the room for customers. Working in the food industry myself I was quite annoyed at the lack of service.

My wife and I came to Eureka to get married on May 31st, 2014, and after the ceremony decided to try something a bit different. We entered Caribe expecting Mexican food fare but it was more of a Caribbean/latin island food mix to it. We had the Tilapia, which was just outstanding, had a green topping on it, and a... More

I live in Eureka and have a lot of visitors. Most of them, like me, are pretty snobbish foodies. They all rave endlessly about Caribe. As one friend said "the kitchen makes the food with love." The food is not your regular Tex Mex, but a gourmet Latin with a great menu. Vegetarian and fish along with hardy meat dishes.... More
