We had the good fortune to enjoy dinner at Whole Hog when we were passing through town. What a treat it was! We tasted both the pulled pork and the brisket, and both were pleasantly lean, very flavorful, and fork-tender. The six pack of sauces on the table allows you to sample and compare, then taste again to see which... More

I had a brisket sandwich that was very good and beans that were average. They have 7 kinds of sauces that were all different and tasted great. I hate going to a BBQ place that can't get the sauce right. Theses guys got it right!

I'm a Memphis BBQ snob. Before the Whole Hog came to Conway, it was a BBQ wasteland. This is the real deal. Memphis style BBQ. They put slaw on your sandwich, the way it's supposed to be. I'm not a fan of the potato salad, but I know plenty of folks who love it. You decide. If you want great... More

Great barbecue for a reasonable price. The pulled pork sandwich is great and you have 6 different sauces to experiment with.

We stopped in this place traveling through the state. Be warned, it is a bona fide DIVE. But when looking for good BBQ that comes with the territory. Since we were passing through, we ordered a 2 pack then supplemented with sausage and brisket so we could taste everything. The shredded pork was amazing, as was the sausage. The brisket,... More

First thing you notice upon entering is the place needs a real good cleaning. Offensive smell coming from restrooms. Food was average at best. Brisket sandwich and baked potato were both barely warm. Bun wasn't toasted. Meat had no smoked taste at all. If in the mood for BBQ go to the Hog Trough instead.

My husband and I were recently here during a business trip. I had the pork plate with beans and potato salad. The food was awesome. My husband had the combo plate with coleslaw and beans. He said that the coleslaw could have been slightly better. Other than that it was quick service, you get assigned a number and get your... More

There's no doubt their many awards are richly deserved. They serve one of the best examples of a dry-rub barbeque, and serve it with a wide range of really good sauces.

The food is good but the restaurant is fairly dated feeling. The bbq pork is good and the sauces are available on the table.
