Great BBQ

Excellent BBQ. I'm not a fan of brisket, bet their's is fantastic. And the Potato Salad is excellent. Not fancy....just great BBQ. As good as I found in Arkansas.

We used to be big fans of Whole Hog, but it has gradually declined over the years. The last time we stopped in, the pork was mealy and bland, the beans were straight out of a can, the potato salad tasted of nothing but sour cream, and the roll was still refrigerator cold. Whole Hog, what happened?! I don't think... More

Tasty smoky ribs with good sides of potato salad and baked beans. Choose your own sauce. Extra spicy is not really spicy.

Good BBQ. This place has very good barbecue. The pulled chicken is tender and juicy. The pulled pork is very good as well. I had the smoked sausage for first time and it was great. Definitely try the potato salad. Only real issue was the roll with my meal it was OK a little dry. If you are looking for... More

We had this Whole Hog Café cater a diner for us on night. We had smoked chicken and brisket, along with beans and coleslaw. I have got to say the smoked brisket was out of this world. This was hands down the best smoked meat I have ever had and the chicken was not that far behind it in taste.... More

Do not walk in the day before Thsnksgiving or Christmas and think you will buy a ham. This is REALLY good ham. You must preorder for the holidays and have your ticket to pick it up. It is worth it! You will like their everyday plate specials, also. Just walk in at lunch or dinner for these. We like to... More

After a whole day walking inside & out at the Crystal Bridges Museum, my wife & I needed to have a good meal without a long wait nor a long drive. We found Whole Hog near our motel & chose to try this region's take on BBQ. Each of us chose pulled pork with different sides. All of the sides... More

This is a no nonsense, plain cafe who's main focus is their award winning BBQ. This isn't a fancy pants restaurant. The decor is plain, there's a roll of paper towels on the table and the plates remind you of a cafeteria. This is not a place you come for the atmosphere. You come here to eat darn good BBQ!... Always loved Whole Hog since I lived in Little Rock, AR and we would eat at the original location, but this location is not one I will eat at again. The pulled pork was mediocre, barely warm. My daughter and I had side salads that were not edible, with brown slimy pieces of lettuce. They did exchange them for coleslaw.... More
