Went-by Ciao Bella in late June. It was closed and had a small sign saying it has been sold. What a pity! One of the best restaurants in Yuma.

Went to dinner with friends. We were served bread, but no butter, no oil. All entrees come ala carte. My beet salad had so much vinegar in the dressing I couldn't finish it. My chicken Marsala was very salty. The sauce tasted odd. My friends ahi...also too salty. Interestingly enough, we were told the dressing for the Caesar salad was... More

3/12/2014 We went there last night, for supper. Atmosphere and service were nice. I ordered Veal Parmigiana and a Roasted Beet Salad. Now I realize a salad is not a meal, but I really resent being charged $6;00 for 4 shaved pieces of beet and some red lettuce, I guess I was expecting the beets to be main players in... More

We had a very mixed experience here. The bread was some of the best we've had in Yuma. We ordered the app of the day which was a risotto concoction - it was tasteless!. Next was the house salad - it seemed very limp. Wife's ravioli entre was good. My Egyptian pork was inedible due to overcooking. I complained and... More

The name "Ciao Bella" might imply a red-sauce-and-spaghetti-Italian place. Not so! This small, eclectic restaurant boasts a menu with Italian dishes (risottos, lasagne, spaghetti) but generally is an improv on Mediterranean fare. I've been twice in the last two weeks, and can't wait to eat my way through the menu. This is a sister restaurant to the River City Grill;... More

Don't let the not so nice location fool you...the inside has very nice Italian ambiance. We dined here for lunch and portions were more than adequate. The roasted beet salad is very nice and our pasta and risotto meals were flavorful along with nice presentation. This restaurant is a welcome change from chain establishments in Yuma so give it a... Don't let the motel next door turn you off. The food was amazing and the service was outstanding. Definitely will be back again....and again....and again.

I really enjoyed my Pesto Linguine with Shrimp! Very delicious and Desert was wonderful, too! My hubby's Jack & Coke was good (Not weak), The house wine was a good compliment as well. Our server was very attentive and extremely knowledgable about everything. YUM!!

My daughter wanted to eat there and was very happy with their italian fare. Lunch is cheaper than dinner and not as busy but was very happy with the service. Parking can be tricky, but the atmosphere for Yuma was interesting (we sat outside and reminisced about Yuma). We will be back (we heard about the wine tasting on Wednesday)?!

The food here is wonderful. A mix of Italian and other worldly food. The mussels are delicious and the salads are fresh with so much flavor. I love the ambiance of this restaurant and recommend this to people traveling to Yuma or through as a welcomed break from chain restaurants off of the freeway.
