A very pleasant surprise at this historic Fred Harvey Hotel. Elegance, ambiance, calm, and reasonably priced.

Decided to have a lite lunch here while visiting Winslow, the restaurant is located in the hotel thru their gift shop. The place has been beautifully restored and I recommend grabbing a bowl of soup just to see the place. When we arrived at a little before 2pm we were promptly seated and had a very nice waitress. All three... More

Oh, this was fun! We stopped at the La Posada Hotel in Winslow Arizona on our way to Meteor Crater for lunch. It was like going back in time to the WWII era. This particular hole & restaurant was one of those that employed the famous

Even if you do not eat or stay at La Posada, it is worth a detour from I-40 just to take a look. The hotel has rooms that can best be described as part of a museum with their historic furnishings. The restaurant has a similar ambiance. It is beautiful and charming. We were fortunate enough to get a booth... More

We had a fabulous dinner. The filet was so tender, but the dessert was the best. We even had breakfast there the next morning. It is very elegant.

We ate dinner and breakfast here while staying at La Posada. The menu offers many choices, the food is tasty, the wines we chose complemented the food, and the service was good. The former hotel reception desk and small gift shop have become an extension of the dining room, and the room seemed excessively noisy.

My husband and I had dinner and breakfast in The Turquoise Room at La Posada recently. It is NOT owned or operated by the hotel but is located in the hotel; I only mention this because you cannot bill your meals to your hotel tab, and more importantly, you must make dinner reservations directly with the restaurant , so please... The signature soup organic and unusual use of blue corn and ash chips with fresh hummus were fantastic flavors and textures.
