Great location. Overpriced

I have mixed feelings about this restaurant. I've eaten there quite a few times over the last 10 years. I've had very good experiences and some not nearly as good. Current menu seems overpriced and they don't offer any discounted menu for lunch service. I really like the chips and three salsas but... read more

We always eat here when we come to Williams, we enjoy the name and the food. The only complaint we had was the music was too loud for lunch we could not talk easily but the waitress turned it down on our side of the restaurant. Great big plate of chip and good salsa.

Food is overpriced and disappointing. Not sure what it is they're charging $2.50 a glass for under the label "orange juice" but it's not juice and it bears only a slight resemblance to oranges.

The restaurant has changed its menu a bit. The service was great. Our waitress knew a lot about the beers they serve. The food is is ok. I ordered fish&chips...$15!! Wayy over priced. The margaritas are good, again over priced. You do not get chips and salsa as you wait unless you order it. The wait time is very long.

Service very slow though server was pleasant. Margarita good. While we were waiting the young hostess escorted a couple to the patio to a table near us. They asked to be seated at a table in the shade. She said they couldn't sit in the shade because it would inconvenience the server! Would not order guac, again. We placed our... More

We ate at Pancho Mcgillicuddy's and had Mexican food. The food was fantastic and the queso was the best. The mild salsa is really good as well but most of all the service was AWESOME! IF you are in Williams go by and have a bite or two to eat. We loved Williams so much if we could we'd move... More

I would think that being in the southwest it would be easy to focus on mexican cuisine. The food was good but I have had better authentic mexican 2000 miles north? It seems the have found niche in this town by brewing beer, serving italian and mexican food. The beer was good as was the flan. Menu was thin. The... More

We really enjoyed our dining experience at Poncho's. We were seated on the patio and received good service. Games were provided for the children to help during the waiting time for food to arrive. The dishes we ordered were very generous and delicious. The music that was being performed by the musician was nice for dinner time, not too loud.... More

This is a tourist trap! The prices are outrageous and service was poor. My husband had fajitas, they came to the table cold and were bland. I had the "special" Sedona pork ribs. The ribs were boiled then covered with Kraft BBQ sauce served with a slaw and piece of cornbread on the side. The cornbread was underdone and had no... More
