Sat on the patio, with music, after a day at the Grand Canyon. Our food was outstanding. Possibly the best nachos and chimichanga I have ever had. Certainly, the atmosphere of sitting outside on Route 66 (just after the nightly shootout, which you've got to go to) helped make it even better.

Good food, good service, live music outdoors, outdoor seating = exactly what we were looking for when we were walking up historic Route 66.

Well figured we could try some Mexican food in arizona, this was really not good, very expensive even by tourist standards, you pay for chips and salsa, which is kinda a first, never seen this before, and then the charge you 18% gratuity and if your not careful you won't catch it and tip again! Here was the question that... More

I have no idea how Mexican food can be bland, but this place figured it out. I was surprised that chips and salsa didn't come with the meal. The service was ok, but that is about the only highlight. In my opinion, the food is way too expensive for what it is. I went with 3 other people and our... More

My husband and I went here July 16th celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary. The service started out quick, but when there no chips and salsa we were surprised. We had no idea how to get them until reading the reviews on here. My husband ordered a Chile Relleno and I ordered a Carne Asada Navajo Taco. His was okay, mine had... More

We stopped in the lovely town of Williams on our way through Arizona and had a lovely evening I this place. Quite a lively atmosphere, some really nice craft beers and excellent Mexican food.

If you need a quick bite and a Mexican food fix, Pancho's will get you covered. The salsa was great, very fresh. Things can start adding up based on types of meat and/or sauces added, but the food was good. Our waiter, Grant, was amazing. He was very attentive, knowledgable, and really enhanced our experience at Pancho's. He's definitely an... More

Have eaten here several times, but this trip was really a huge disappointment! There were 8 of us...took an hour to get our food...most said there food was okay...I had a hamburger and it was not good....the worst was the $2 charge for chips and salsa....which we finally asked for after waiting so long for our food....food came before chips....so... I found the place late one night after a long trip. The food is so good, service is excellent, and I make a point to eat here on all my trips to the Grand Canyon. We stay in Williams each time so we can go to Pancho's
