Very disappointed in the cafe. My husband was given the pager and we were told would be about 20 minutes until a table would be available, which was fine. After about 35 -40 minutes later we went to check on the table and we were told "we paged you and you never showed up, so we crossed you off". We... More

We called in in the middle of a lashing rainstorm and sat at the bar for coffee. We hit a shift changeover and the service was slow, shambolic and a bit disinterested. People at a nearby table who wanted to eat were also left unattended for a long time before they even got a menu. If it had been better... More

Service was awesome and the shakes/malts were great. We weren't hungry this time, but we'll definitely try the food next time, as it smelled & looked delicious.

Kitschy 60's garage/filling station complete with a hot rod and gas pumps. Barbecue is the specialty. The pulled pork and brisket sandwiches were very good; variety of local beers; prompt service. Perfect Route 66 spot for lunch.

Walking past the place got us in, there were lots of good smells coming out of the place. I ordered the half pound burger and fries. The burger was done perfect and it was a good place to visit.

After traveling the USA for 6 weeks the service everywhere has been fantastic , that is until we hit this place. This cafe has really really dropped the ball on service. The floors , tables and staff uniforms were filthy and the staff's attitude matched . Whatever you do, don't stop there buy a packet of gum to keep yourself... More

We have dined here many times before and food quality and service is going down hill. Ate breakfast here for the first time here this morning. Our waitress was very unfriendly and rude. Breakfast was ok, burgers are much better here. At least they used to be. Williams has many restaurants, we may try elsewhere next time.

This is the greatest restaurant to eat at in Williams AZ. The BBQ is sooo good and tender, the atmosphere is wonderful, you can sit outside right next to Route 66, where they BBQ and take in the wonderful smell of of the food cooking. But if you are lucky enough to sit inside, you need to ask to be... More

This restaurant has so much potential and looked like a fun place to eat, but it is pure chaos. The hosts were clueless and everything was confusing. We eventually had to laugh at the service and the chaos....
