My wife and I stopped here for dinner a few days ago on our way back from the Grand Canyon. Williams, AZ is a classic western town and Rod's Steak House is a classic itself. The menu in the shape of a steer is iconic. Rod's has a great history and we really enjoyed our dinner there. We found the... More

We ordered the top sirloin steaks - great flavor and cooked just right. Green beans were fresh. The waitress was very nice. Don't know why others were so disappointed; I would definitely recommend it.

We were greeted by a welcoming man at the door who seated us. Took nearly ten minutes before someone came and asked if we had decided on drinks. We ordered three different steaks, and even though we had steak knives a chainsaw would've been better. All three steaks were so tough and chewy you had to chew each piece of... More

We thought we would check this place out - Been to Williams a couple of times and saw this place and gave it a whirl-the service is just so so and I had the larger size cut of prime rib which was a huge disappointment ! My wife's liver and onions pretty much the same. My kids had fish sticks... More

The historic restaurant is a cozy place, just one block of the road to the Grand Canyon. The food is good but the service is poor (at least the day we had lunch there, because there was only one person taking care of everything but the kitchen). Any way, it's a good place for eating in the way to the... More

The worst steak I have ever had. We were just there with friends for the weekend and they all said this is the place. We left saying this is the ripoff. Service very poor, meal so bad i did not eat half of mine and it was expensive. I will never go back and i go to Williams 4 time... More

Four of us went there for dinner. I ordered a fillet mignon expecting it to be a really nice cut. After talking with the not-very-friendly waitress, we decided I should get it in medium (pink all through). One person order the steak kabob, another a steak and the other, prime rib. My fillet came out and she had me cut... More

Ordered the house special steak that had sugar on it and cooked. Tough piece of meat. Not much of a choice for sides. Service was good. Would definitely avoid returning.

Checked in late to the Comfort Inn and were looking for a meal and Rod's was recommended to us as the best steak's in Williams and we were not disappointed. Service was quick the beers were cold and the steaks were fantastic. So if you want a steak Rod's is the Place.
