A bit pricey...

And the dinner was only fair at best. Service was ok, prime rib was only ok, doesn't knock your socks off, sides were dry and soggy. Perhaps another night would be better, but not sure. Restaurant theme is cute and place looks clean.

We ate dinner here, had Great Prime Rib sandwiches. Service and food was great, everyone made us feel welcome. Our waitress was Sarah, she did a great job and was very fun and friendly.

Edwardo was our waiter who was super efficient, caring and attentive to our dinner needs The food was priced well, especially the prime rib special. It was a most delicious and fulfilling meal than at other restaurants. The atmosphere was western motif and quick relaxing. Being new to the area, Edwardo was very, very helpful in answering our questions about... More

We have eaten here many times and Docs is the best. Steaks are excellent! Fajitas are superb. Bartender is fantastic and very sweet. We'll be back.

My wife and I are locals from Williams. We used to frequent Doc Hollidays Steak House often, but had a bad experience about a year ago. We went there last night for our anniversary, got the same Bartender/Waitress that we had a year ago. No service, no personality. Had to wave her down a couple of times for service. She... More

We split a Top Sirloin. It was plenty for 2 of us. We ordered it medium-well, as I've had too many experiences with food poisoning over the decades to eat ANYthing not well cooked.. They served it rare-their recommendation. We decided to eat it any way. The steak was incredibly good! The mixed vegetables and potato served with it were... More

Doc Hollidays was recommended to us by a local, but we were very disappointed! The fish & chips tasted like something out of a frozen bag, and the mac and cheese was like Kraft from a box. Everything was lacking except for the prices! WAY to expensive for what we received. Would not recommend.
