Located across the street from the Bestwestern the Gold Nugget has been around for many years and is a popular break-time spot for travelers going to and from Las Vegas.
the service was exceptional and I felt as if I were family. The food was good - great portion size and great flavor! the atmosphere seemed as if it wanted to tell a story. I could definitely feel the history of the place
For a very small town, this is a real gem. The prime rib is awesome. If you go at night ,you may be entertained by the resident ghost, who strikes a cord at the player piano. This is a very old restaurant with a lot of western history. Sam,the owner is Greek, and has many Greek dishes on the lunch and dinner... More
After reading some of the reviews on this website, we were apprehensive about going to this restaurant. However, the atmosphere was very inviting and the food was just plain outstanding, and we got exactly what we paid for. The owner and staff went out of thier way to make us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised that the... More

Well, we were late and it was a tuesday, no one was in there.. The salad sauce we orderd was ketchup with some vinegar and herbes, maybe a specialty!? The food was ok but not for the proces. They really try to make it look nice but quality did not messure up to it. Sadly.. Maybe breakfast is better..
our meal here was lovely. the restaurant ws quiet (we were told that it's a quiet time in W/Berg now) so only a half dozen tables in use. the server was lovely and friendly
This restaurant was awesome. We had the highly-recommended PRIME RIB & it lived up to its reputation. The service was equally good, & the building ... Amazing! Very deceiving from the outside. We would highly recommed this place!
