Not a lot of choices in the area to eat. Did enjoy our meal, service was lacking, it wasn't because it was understaffed. Reminded me of government work, one person working and 4 people standing around

We had our family Christmas Eve dinner and were glad with our experience. We ordered, Escargot, Osso Buca, Elk Medallions, Buffalo Short ribs and a 7oz Filet...verdict...EXCELLENT. The food here was much better than the Dinning Room at Grand Hotel. Prices here may be 15-20% higher that, it was worth it!

Party of eight had dinner here on our first night of two at Tusayan. Service was friendly and food was good although quite expensive. Not a lot of good food choices as you are a captive audience in this location. Overall happy with our meal.

New management has brought this spot to the top of the list for a place to get a steak in town. Forget the two steak houses down the street, this is it. Ordered the fillet and it was melt in your mouth good. I was very impressed having been here before the improvement is notable.

This was the best restaurant we found in Tusayan. The Sunset special - 3 courses for the price of 1 elsewhere was excellent and fantastic value. The soups and the steak were as good as I have had anywhere. Just one thing to bear in mind. If you go on consecutive nights, you are likely to get the same soup... More

This is the second time we had our Christmas Eve Dinner at the Coronado Room. The food and the service is excellent. We will go again.

We had new years dinner here. The special occasion menu was superb. Alfredo our waiter was top notch. Nice ambience with the large fireplace going and snowing outside made for a special dining experience.

There are very little restaurant choices in the small town of Tusayan and the TA reviews for many places are just dreadful. We stayed at the Best Western Premier which is where this restaurant is. We ate here for both Christmas Eve and Christmas dinner. Both meals were good. The 2nd night was better staffed while the 1st night seemed... More

My wife and I went for dinner. The staff was friendly, but the food very poor. I ordered meat and it came grey! I ordered medium done, it arrived almost blue! I asked to be well done and ti came back grey! Horrible.

Ate at the restaurant twice. It was OK, but didn't rise to great heights. The service was good, but on second visit, my wife's salmon dish was undercooked and cool. It was rectified, but this was not great. The food itself is OK, but I feel that they're trying to "create" dishes when they might be better scaling back a... More
