I didn't expect much from this sleepy country place (clearly I'm a city person) but I was very pleasantly surprised. My mother and I decided to share a salad and steak with sides. The waiter was so nice and accommodating. They split our meals for us onto two plates which is always so nice. The portions were huge and we... More

The bartender was also our waitress and she was excellent. Recommended a good wine and had a great personality. The soup on the menu was excellent and it had sports on the tv which was terrific. Definitely would go back

We stopped here after reading negative reviews about other restaurants in the area. It was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant offers a variety of beer, liquor, and obviously food. We had the chili and it was wonderful. I recommend the Lumberjack local IPA! Overall, the place is clean and modern, and not your average hotel restaurant. Be sure to take... More

The review that we saw made us think we were going to a bar and restaurant but when we got there it was either be in the bar with "bar food" or into a upscale restaurant with a full menu. We chose the bar. The food was good but the menu did not have a large selection. I ordered the... More

My friend and I decided to try this place out the first night we arrived at the Grand Hotel as we were tired & this restaurant is located inside the hotel. The service was excellent as one would expect at a great steak place. Like all restaurants in a tourist area it was a bit pricey but we expected that... More

We shared a full rack of ribs & a Cowboy salad. The kitchen split the meal between 2 plates - a nice change from eating from one plate when you choose to share a meal. This was plenty for 2 hungry people. Service was a little slow. However our waiter was friendly & helpful. There was an entertainer singing country... More

Main meal was half rack of sparerips, Jambalaya and Pasta Supreme with shrimp and chicken. Everything was raelly good, well flavored - not to much, as often done. The price was for 3 person was high - compared... More

Like other reviews have stated, the grand canyon area is NOT ideal for culinary outings. My advice to families and groups would probably be to book a place with a kitchen and bring food to cook yourself. However....we didn't do that and stayed at The Grand Hotel. When searching for dinner I was faced with mediocre vs terrible steakhouse reviews...... More

My husband and I ate here because we were staying in the Grand Hotel and this restaurant was in the lobby. I ordered the pork skewers appetizer and my husband had the chicken dinner. My pork skewers were long thin pieces of pork on a stick sitting on a bed of lettuce. The chicken was mostly bones and the vegetables... More
