Ok but not great

Cheap furniture though bright and festive. Wait staff moves slow and food was OK but not memorable. A typical inexpensive lunch spot.

We stopped here on our way out of the Canyon. Food was delicious, and lots of it. Free taco chips with salsa when we sat down. Service was friendly and prompt. They also have some great vegetarian choices. And you should try their flavoured waters!

If you are looking for Mexican food, this isn't the place. Run of the mill Mexican-style joint. Not-so-hot salsa, stale chips, cheap decor. Sub-par cuisine. Servers were friendly and the location was good. Parking lot was small- an issue for those of us traveling in large vehicles. (Walk from your hotel if you can.) Not my favorite meal of the... More

Following a thoroughly poor dining experience where the waitress got our drinks order wrong, the food was bland and contained hair (which was not listed as an ingredient in the enchiladas), being herded around the restaurant like cattle by abrupt staff, and being presented with dirty cutlery and crockery, as is my prerogative I decided not to leave a tip.... If you are spending the night in Tusayan and like Mexican food this place is OK for dinner. The servings are fairly generous and there is a great range of vegetarian food. The service is OK but not as enthusiastic or friendly as we usually encounter in the USA.

we ate here late one night, food was decent mexican and everyone enjoyed it. they made a special effort for our friends who have gluten allergy and cannot get exposed to wheat. ( order the food grilled rather than fried or stirred in a pan...worked very well) service was a bit slow but overall experience very nice for the area.

We were starving and Mexican Kitchen sounded so good. Food was grease and tasted like old oil. Would not recommend and would never go back.

We came in here with my family because a couple of us are vegetarian. The server, an old Caucasian lady, was extremely rude. When I asked her about the up charge to split plates (my mom has a medical condition and cannot eat an entire entree) - she told me she didn't make the rules and this was just a... More

Typical Mexican fare, clean, nice decor, reasonable prices for a tourist area. I enjoyed the nachos and quesedilla. They have free Wi-Fi with password, although the servers need to be trained in providing this information rather than saying "I don't use computers." Regarding service anywhere, I don't want to hear what you can't do, or don't know; go find out... More
