thought the food and service was excellent. It was an interesting drive in through the hills on that winding road, but worth the trip. Interesting history and decor. Thought the burgers were great.

Tortilla Flat, the town, has a population of 6...!!! how incredibly cool is that?! As soon as we got out of the car I started to think, I have NEVER done anything like this. The Saloon, the General Store and the museum, That's IT...!!! and of course the people running the places. But that's IT! No wait , there's the... More

My wife and I drove out to Tortilla Flat for lunch one day and were rewarded for the long drive to get there. We took family from back east with us to show them the area. The buildings, although rebuilt after the fire that destroyed the originals, maintained the look and feel of the buildings that were there when the... More

Second time we have visited this restaurant and like before could not fault the food or service. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with the menu. The menu itself had good variation and choices. The décor inside and out is very interesting and makes great viewing and photo opportunities. All in all great food in a great location.

We stopped after our Dolly Steamboat ride with a large group. Seating went very well but the service varied depending on the waitstaff. Some of our group enjoyed the saddle seats at the bar. The restaurant changed over the years by adding a gift shop in another part of the building ... this added more seating but changed the atmosphere... More

We took a group of over 20 to the restaurant after a tour on the Dolly Steamboat. We had called ahead two weeks prior and was told there would be a section of the restaurant waiting for us. Everything worked out perfectly for our tour. The waiters were wonderful and they promptly got our group seated and served. The food... More

We visited Tortilla Flat on a Monday afternoon and the place was fairly quiet. We got to sit at the bar in the saddle stools and had a great experience. The food very good and reasonably priced. Great service from our waitress Karen. The drive out there is beautiful and worthwhile on its own. A great way to get out... More

The drive is nothing short of spectacular! The Saloon at Tortilla Flats is everything we had hoped and more. Great food, great service and great atmosphere! The saddle seats at the bar are the best! Be sure to give Karen at the bar a hard time so you get a good ole western welcome when you order your beers! Thanks... More

After taking a noon cruise on the Dolly on nearby Canyon Lake, we decided to venture east a short distance into Tortilla Flat for a late lunch in this tiny town of 6. This fun & unique experience was worth the trip! This saloon was rebuilt after the 1987 fire which destroyed almost the entire town. The rest of Tortilla... More

We visited early, like before 10 AM. The outside patio didn't open until noon, so we didn't get to experience that, but we did eat inside. Even though it was breakfast time, we ate burgers. One of the employees recommended one with bacon and cheese to my husband and he loved it. The waitress was very good too. This place... More
