lovely resturant, attentive chef/owner

We stayed a month in the area and tried this very late in our stay. We would have come again if we had more time. One of the best meals we had in the area. Nice menu. The penne pugliesi was great!

We stayed at Domilocos and ConFusione is part of the hotel. We had solid buffet breakfasts there each morning: crepes, toast, eggs, rice & beans and fruit. Good open air seating and filling enough to last through the surf lessons!

Went for supper with friends. I ordered the veggie pasta. It was overloaded with sauce, so was a bit much. My husband ordered seafood pasta and it was quite spongy. The pasta was cooked perfectly though. A lot more restaurants preferred over this one.

We were in Dominical last February and returned this year. We were anticipating this restaurant as we had enjoyed it last year (was one of our favourites). This year we went here with 4 other people (group of 6) and none in the group "loved" their meal. The flavours were fairly bland and we had a total of 5 different... More

To our great surprise the food at this restaurant was both delicious and beautifully presented. We had dinner last night and had to come back again tonight as the other two places we had food in town could not compare to the quality of this restaurant. This is by far one of the best in Dominical. I am very surprised... More

We had dinner twice in this restaurant (of three nights stay, otherwise we would be coming back!) and both times the food was outstanding. To our great surprise, the meals we had here were far superior than we had in other parts of Costa Rica including the very touristic and upmarket Manuel Antonio. I am amazed to see that the... More

On the quest for spicy food, we tried this restaurant. The flavors were bold and interesting. We had an appetizer / pakora which was quite good but oily. The rest of the meal was very good.. My shrimp were cooked perfectly in an almost too sweet tamarind sauce. Beau doesn't remember what he had so there you have it. Not... More

We have eaten here for two dinners in the past week and were very surprised that this place was placed so low on the trip advisor scale. We tried 4 different menu (Pasta's, filet mignon, fish, vegan) as well as one desert. All were delicious, presented well, cooked to our specifications (the steak) and we would go again. The service... More

Food was great, drinks as well (honey mojito!), however their service is just confusing - soup delivered right next to main course, waiter forgot on part of our order, etc. On the evening I was there they had some live musiv, which as nice. I would still recommend it for a nice dinner.

Off the beaten path, nice atmosphere and friendy staff. They serve my favorite pasta dish in town - Penne Puglianie (or something like that)
