We've had a ceviche as lunch there and it tastes good and it's cheap. Same day we went for dinner which was also nice and cheap if you're looking for simple but tasteful Costa rican food.

The huevos rancheros and their selection of Cosado is delicious and certainly so for the really affordable price. Nestled right in the heart of Dominical, worth the trip for some authentic Costa Rican fare.

I almost missed out on this little gem, but some backpackers I met recommended it highly so I checked it out on my last night in town. Wish it had been an earlier discovery. The food in sodas is typically cheap, so that was no surprise. But the food was plentiful and amazingly delicious. I ordered a simple quesadilla with... More

We stopped in for lunch. The older lady who works there speaks competent English and runs to kitchen while overseeing the whole operation. The smoothies were good, food was great ( tacos were the best- fish and beef we tried, large serving). The prices were as fair as we found anywhere.

Really good food here...tried just about everything in the year I lived there. Very affordable, especially for Dominical. Always stop by for some Carne en Salsa when I'm in town.

Excellent tipico food. Good prices, delicious food, good service. What more can you ask. All items are made with love, and you can taste it. Highly recommended to try at least once while you're in Dominical.

What a great little gem this was! Sergio was the taxi driver that picked us up from the airport and asked us to try his little restaurant for lunch. Our surf instructors also recommended the restaurant and their chicken tacos. We loved it and ended up having lunch there 3 times. What a lovely family they are, great service and... More

Affordable good local food. Not a luxury restaurant, but nice flavors Try a 'casado', or 'sweet plantain'. Empanadas were good

We fell in love with this family-run eatery and visited it three times for lunch during our week-long stay near Dominical. The generously proportioned casado combined with a fresh smoothie fueled us for long days of surfing and beach-walking. The meat-eaters in our family particularly loved the casado with chicken and sauce and our vegetarian member loved the casado with... More
