Best food in Dominical

I had their BBQ ribs with pineapple - delicious! This place has the best food in town. There's a small rancho overlooking the ocean - ask if you can get seated down there.

FRUIT STUFFED FRENCH TOAST!!!! Wow! One of the best things that I tasted in Costa Rica! They also have great fruit smoothies. The view from the restaurant was amazing also. Its right on the beach and you can watch people surfing or paddle boarding!

With high TripAdvisor reviews, maybe we were expecting something more. We didn't go out to dinner many times during our 10 days in CR, so I admittedly I don't have a lot to compare Por Que No to. There was nothing wrong, but there was nothing really special, either -- except maybe for the ~ 2-pound piece of grilled tuna... More

Words would not do justice to the wonderful breakfasts and lunches I enjoyed. Simply the best service and the best food in Dominical. And the views are pretty spectacular too. Brian

We ate here twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both meals were very good and the scenery from this outdoor restaurant is great! Enjoy the waves crashing into the rocky shore or make a reservation to have dinner to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Highly recommended!

i have dined here on several occasions both for dinner and lunch ... it is really really good food with many choices and goooooood salads that are interesting and well filling (try the pumpkin salad or the fruit and nut salad); my non-vegan friends rave about the almond crusted snapper; very nice selection of wines as well and great cocktails;... We ate breakfast here 4 of the 6 days we were in Costa Rica. Many days we sat, drank our coffee, and just enjoyed the view for an hour or more. The sound of the waves hitting the rocks, the humming birds buzzing around, and the beautiful flowers are just part of what made this place so special. It is... More

The food was fantastic and the view was great. We had the Tico bowl and the fish tacos and both were really great. You have to try a Coco Bomb drink! The service was just average. It took a really long time to get our food (which isn't rare in Costa Rica) and our water wasn't refilled often enough.
