We ate here almost everyday for five days. Dinners were excellent and order the banana flamba. The show that Suzanna, the server does with the burning alcohol is fun to watch. Order the tomato soup too!

ConFusione came recommended to us by friends who are Dominical locals, and it did not disappoint. We first stayed at the DiuWak hotel. Dishonest staff ripped us off the first night we were there. First they promised that breakfast was included in rate. We very much enjoyed out meal at ConFusione while staying at Hotel Domilocos. The food was very good, though not exceptional, and the service was very good.

We stayed near Hotel Domilocos so it was a logical place to try for our first breakfast. A bit pricey at $6 per person for the average buffet breakfast. One of our best meals was at ConFusione. They have great pastas and tapas and wine. Nice atmosphere and fantastic service. A little more upscale than some of the other restaurants in Dominical.
