Good tourist spot

Lunch time is busy in Tombstone. We chose the Longhorn Restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The menu was varied. Hubby had pulled pork sandwich and he said it was very good, was also very tender. I had the BLT, 'nuff said' was their description on their menu, and with a... read more

Had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. All the food was excellent, well presented and excellently done. Had the hot roast beef sandwich, and it was great, Cam hot, with potatoes and excellent gravy. Servers were excellent, friendly and helpful. Will definitely eat here next time in town.

We were in the mood for a good steak and decided to eat here. We ordered prime rib, western style (they dumped a bunch of BBQ sauce on the piece of prime rib), chicken fried steak (OK with the exception of being smothered in canned gravy), chili cheese fries (even the ranch dressing could not rescue these!) and a French... Filet mignon was one of the specials-medium rare was ordered and that's what was served. Veggie was crisp, not soggy.

Wow a half pound burger to satisfy your hunger. I had the ABC burger avocado, bacon cheeseburger. Good fries! My husband said his patty melt was also very good. Margarita anyone, yes refreshing on a hot spring day.

We went for breakfast and we're greeted and seated. After waiting for a time to place our order, we must have waited more than thirty minutes for fried eggs and french toast. The French Toast was close to burned and cold. Service was terrible and food marginal. They didn't seem to care about service at all. We will not return.... More

Not the best food or service and prices were about 20% more than I expected. I think the deserts were better than the meal, but not by a whole lot.

We drove from Tucson for an afternoon the last week of December. The restaurant is definitely one of the largest in Tombstone. It seemed very busy but there was no line at the door, no sign to wait to be seated or seat yourself and no one there to seat you. We waited for about 10 minutes and after 4... More

First of all the food is as good as anywhere else in town - not better, just as good. The sevice is the their biggest issue. You usually get seated quickly however depending upon how busy it may take up to 10 min to get a menu. Then expect at least 20 min until your order is served. Case in... More

While we didn’t get a chance to eat at The Longhorn Restaurant while in Tombstone, it is definitely a favorite of locals and travelers alike. Located in the middle of Tombstone it is highly recommended for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Longhorn Restaurant in Tombstone Arizona is longest running restaurant in Tombstone. The building once held the Bucket of Blood... More
