Surprisingly good food and great service

I was so pleased with the food and service. Often when you go to a 'historical' place the food is an afterthought but this was good enough to warrant a drive. Our server was very good at recommending to us the menu items we would like and the drinks were great., Do not miss the Prickly Pear... read more

We were a little suspicious of its Mexican & Italian menu but were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Mexican food. The overall restaurant interior is pleasant and the service was first rate. We'd go back.

The food here was great. They had great kettle chips for those who do not care for Mexican Food. I am always on the hunt for great tamales and there were great. Also, I have a daughter with food allergies and she had a plain hamburger and the kettle chips with no problems at all.

The Café Margarita in downtown Tombstone is the place to visit when you’re hungry for great Mexican food. Although the menu has all types of food to satisfy your appetite, the fajitas are their specialty. The Café Margarita in Tombstone is a local favorite and I can let you know that it lived up to the hype. Café Margarita, like... More

Want to get off the main drag for quiet and refreshment. Try this place. We had heard of this cafe tucked away off the Main Street. We ate on the patio. Very friendly staff. Food was good but more Mexican than American-Mexican. Six of us each tried different dishes and they were all good. Margarita's were good. I tried the... More

My friend and I had lunch at this cafe. I had a house margarita, which was good. Next time I plan on having one made (top shelf). The good was excellent and the portions where very generous. You can eat inside or enjoy patio service. The young women who served us were happy to provide us with directions and locations... More

Dinner on the patio was very nice. I learned to ask for the traditional margarita instead of the prickly pear shown on the menu. Prickly pear is good if you like sweet.

This is my second visit in Tombstone and on my way out I saw this restaurant off the main drag. I thought I give it a chance because my last time here at Big Nose Kates was a train wreck. I had to Carmelo, chips, salsa and cheese dip and it was very good.

The fish tacos and green chili tamales were great. We tried all the sides and they were good also. Would definitely recommend. Try the prickly pear margarita!

This place was definitely #1 in eating establishments that we visited on our trip to Tombstone. The vegetables and ingredients were very fresh which I presume isn't easy to achieve in the middle of the desert-- and the chef clearly is talented. Full bar. Also, having a lot of critical food-borne allergies my waitress was very understanding when I had... More
