Four adult and 2 high school family members had lunch at Mucho Gusto. We ate inside rather than on the patio, because we wanted a cool place on a hot day. We had a short wait for a table, since the lunch business was brisk. Our orders were taken fairly soon and drinks followed quickly. Our meals from the lunch... More

To start you're given a spicy salsa & chips which is really nice. We ordered The guacamole which is encircled with a grand mariner jalapeño reduction; a distinctive & enjoyable flavor. The gaucho steak tacos are marinated in chimichurri with guacamole & pico de gallo are delish! The pork enchilada with red & green sauce was enjoyable.

I thought my taco plate was an absolute work of art, and tasted equally wonderful. The dessert with the berries in the flash-fried tortillas and ice cream was to-die-for. The waiter was also very friendly. Music was a little loud.

On recommendation from the front desk person at the hotel, we came for a late dinner. Not alot of people there at 10pm, but still activity. Good menu choices, good tasty mexican food, fast and friendly service in a relaxed setting .... perfect after a long day of travelling. Recommended!

Had lunch w/ friends and the food and service was great. I had the picaditas w/ pork. Just good food! There are many outside tables along w/ the inside ones. I have eaten at this location several times and have not had a bad selection. I also like the Gaucho steak tacos. The side order of guacamole and chips is... More

A small neighborhood restuarant a few blocks off the main restaruant strip in Tempe is a good alternative to the large chains. The food is simple, straight forward mexican. For example, pork tamales are nicely done. The service is low key, friendly, helpful and efficient. Give it a try.

Great tortillas, great burritos. It is not the best Mexican restaurant in the Valley, but it is close to home and does an excellent job catering for parties.

Had a yummy dinner at Mucho Gusto this evening. Nice atmosphere (they have a lovely patio, if it's warm enough for you). The machaca tacos were delicious and the green pozole was excellent. Free chips and salsa (and good salsa). I had all this, plus a house margarita, for under $20! Highly recommended.

We were visiting my daughter who lives in Phoenix and just picked this restaurant out of the blue. What a pleasant surprise, the wate staff was friendly and helpful and the food was great. Often when you go back a second time the bloom is off the rose, well we were not disappointed one bit, nothing had changed everything was... More

Friendly waitstaff, excellent happy hour deals, good food and margarita, would have preferred them playing Latino vice rock music in the dining room, we had an enjoyable time and will be back again.
