Dropped in while on vacation last month. No line whatsoever, then again it was a Thursday afternoon around 2:00pm. I certainly qualify as a hot dog connoisseur and have to say that Ted's indeed has the best hot dogs I've ever feasted on. Their footlong dog is truly out of this world! We recently stayed in Tempe for two nights and stumbled across Ted's. It happened to be a Saturday. At lunch time. Driving by, we could see that the line was quite long. A good hot dog or hamburger stand has to be unique to be worth a special trip. In 'n Out for burgers on the west coast, The Varsity in Atlanta for hot dogs are a couple examples. A local favorite! Great grilled hot dogs, yummy with real cheese...But the real secret are the burgers! Best burgers in town handsdown, I'd be remiss if I kept them my personal secret. Soooooooo Good.. in the true Homer Simpson sense! more

We made a special point to seek out this restaurant (based on information from the Food Network). It was very easy to find and not too far from the ASU campus. Hot dogs and onion rings were great. They are made to order in front of the customer. more

I went out of my way after hearing lots of commercials for this place, please what is the big deal? It's a grilled hot dog like you would make on your own barby except it is very tiny, smaller then average. I was just in LA and went to Pink's what a difference, there hot dogs are larger and better... more

Great hot dogs cooked on the grill right before your eyes! They fix them just the way you want. Try the onion rings and a chocolate malt! I was in Tempe for 4 nights and ended up eating there twice. more
