Harlow's Cafe serves up the best homestyle breakfast in Tempe. I always have potatoes with whichever meal I will be eating...mmm delicious! I eat here at least once a week. Staff is very friendly and personable and service is great! I highly recommend eating at Harlow's Cafe if you are in the area. Enjoy!!! :-)

If you're looking for a great breakfast place, that's a few steps away from the hustle & bustle of Mill Ave. Stop into Harlow's and ask for Trina. Great breakfast specials, and the service can't be beat!

They serve breakfast all day -- so when a colleague said they served an awesome Huevos Rancheros (my favorite breakfast) I was all in! 5 of us went here on a Thursday about 12 and it ws busy but we still got a table. very nice waitress and very efficient and customer oriented (food comes first to make sure it... This older, local restaurant is not impressive from the outside, but inside it's just what traditional, home grown family restaurants were like back in the day. The menu has a wide variety of breakfast and lunch items, burgers, sandwiches, and salads. Portions are large and the service is excellent. Prices are moderate. And judging by the crowds when we visited... More

Fantastic breakfast! Hadn't stopped in for a couple of years. Nice to see that the food is still excellent. The 4 of us all ordered something different and we all enjoyed our meal. Food comes out fresh and fast. Best breakfast in Tempe.

We stopped in for breakfast on our last morning in Tempe. The French Toast wasn't anything special but the Belgian waffle was good. Eggs and bacon were both good. Service was pretty good as well. I would probably look at some of the other breakfast options in Tempe before returning to Harlow but for a safe breakfast you can't go... More

Good food with a great atmosphere. This place gets really busy with the breakfast and lunch crowd, so plan accordingly.

I ate there this morning with my mother in law. The restaurant was highly recommended by our hotel, doubletree Tempe, and the complimentary shuttle dropped us off with high hopes. There was a wait list and we added our names and waited outside in the beautiful weather we are having today. ( we thought This would be a good sign).... More

We tried this cafe for breakfast for a change from the chain restaurants and I am glad we did. Its only a small place but we found room in the parking lot and were seated quickly on both our visits. We had choices from the normal breakfast menu and enjoyed it both times, including the above mentioned hash browns. It... More

My husband ordered the chorizo burro with home fries. The burrro came with salsa and sour cream. It was plenty filled with chorizo and some egg. Tomatoes onions and lettuce accompanied the churro. Everything mixed together was one hodge lodge mess of goodness. Blueberry pancakes were great. The egg sandwich was a bit bland but I spiced it up with... More
