Basic but awesome fare from what is now Lebanon, Israel and Syria. Tremendous value for dollar spent. Plus, the market therein is great, too. Highly recommended.

The restaurant itself has about 8 tables and is attached to a small store. The store has many middle eastern foods. We were seated quickly. Lot's of people came in to get their telephone orders. My large iced tea had cinnamon and was deliciously fresh. I ordered the gyro platter. It was a huge plate of food. The lamb meat... More

We have been here on numerous occasions, and it still the best Middle Eastern place around. We had the gyros, kebabs, Shwarma, kabobs, baba ganoush, olives, feta cheese, hummus, falafel, and pretty much the whole menu. The ice tea is black tea brewed with orange tea and adding a stick of cinnamon to it. IT'S CRAZY GOOD!! I added pictures... More

I had a nice mint green tea and great Middle Eastern food, felt like in Israel. Also they have a nice section of groceries you can buy from everywhere, try the Middle Eastern or European stuff, pickles and chocolate. Decor could be nicer, hummus was really good and fresh but I like mine a bit spicier like the Syrians do... More

Okay, you start with an assault on your olfactory senses from the moment you walk in the door of this combo mid eastern grocery and restaurant. Don't expect fancy here but the food is absolutely top notch and the waiters are efficient. Atmosphere is chaotic during lunch but the get the job done. Personal favorite is gyros deluxe... a regular... More

It has been a while since we have eaten hear and I thought I would update my review. Its a very casual simple place. But it is one of the BEST places to eat in Tempe. The food is always great and prices are really reasonable. We shared a platter and iced tea. This was a wonderful lunch. Not heavy... More

Sometimes the best places are the "tiny hole in the wall" restaurants, in this case combined with a Mediterranean grocery store. We came here for lunch on a Friday. Nothing fancy at all, just good service and good food. I had the Gyro Platter. The serving size was huge all for $8.99 and delicious. There was also an order of... More

The highlight of my visit was finding delicious, high quality Armenian String Cheese in the deli case, in addition to all sorts of interesting and unusual items in the market. I went for a late lunch, and had no problem being seated. Service was good, and the atmosphere was friendly. I ordered the chicken shawarma plate with hummus, tabouli and... More
