Marzenis a must

We tasted a few of the beers and this one was perfection to me. They said it was a light beer similar to bud light-not! I am super picky about wings but saw they had Marzen marinated wings and took the risk. They were the best wings I have ever had that were not hot. The chipotle pasta was... read more

We stopped for lunch. After being seated on the patio and having several minutes pass by with no sign of a server my husband got up to go back inside. Apparently our server was on a break and didn't know we were there. She was great overall and did apologize. The beer selection is ok. We are craft beer drinkers... More

We were looking for a place to enjoy the weather on a patio and get good food. We found both! Patio is on 2nd floor so overlooked the street. Had lobster and crab melt appetizers. They were pricey but good. Share a half off bottle of wine amd had breat steak filet medallions. The garlic potatoes were a little blan... More

We had a big group so I was willing to give them a break. We had a limited menu for the group. I asked for soup instead of the salad and was basically told there was not enough soup for everyone so I couldn't have any. The salad dressing was blu cheese with no options and it was not good.... More

I had a flatbread and a salad and both were good. I appreciated the German style brew. I felt the food was a little over-priced. We were there for a business dinner and the noise level was perfect, quiet enough that we could all hear each other but loud enough that we didn't feel like we were disturbing those around... More

My wife and I went for a late lunch and were very surprised by the varied menu and the quality of both food and service. We were there during a slack time with Students away for the holidays but would assume it is a very happening place when it is buys. Highly recommended.

We decided to give this brewery a try when we were exploring Tempe --mainly because it looked cool from the outside and we were thirsty for good beer. The beer did not disappoint! The view from upstairs was nice, and we were able to look over the area. The food was bar food and just average. I would reccommend stoping... More

We ate here for a large work dinner (~20 people). They did a good job accommodating the large party. I ordered the lobster and shrimp tacos that were awesome. They were served in a blue corn tortilla wrapped in a flour tortilla. The beer I chose was very good. I had a bite of other people's food including the eggroll... More

Four of us attended for lunch - two orders of fish and chips, two orders of flatbread, one wine, one beer, one coffee. Bottom line, $70. Oh, and bring LOTS of change to feed the parking meters. 90 minutes ate the change from three of us. But how nice - the meter will accept credit cards! We had high expectations... More

We made our annual visit to Gordon Biersch for a holiday meal overlooking the Christmas lights in downtown Tempe, and this time we weren't disappointed. The food, service and atmosphere were all good, and we got a few photos of the lights in the street below. No more terrible service like last year. It's back to normal, and we will... More
