New Times listed the quiche at Amuse Bouche as the best they had. How do you make an amazing quiche so that people WRITE about it? You do it like Amuse Bouche does. The egg mixture is cooked until barely set, leaving it light and fluffy. The tendrils of melted cheese create long, decadent strings as it drapes from the... More

The excellent food at Amuse Bouche made it possible to overlook the very unattractive setting, in a strip mall with little indoor ambiance aside from some cute Parisian-style murals. We shared the pate plate - delicious. I ordered duck, which was amazing and served on top of crispy rice. Another of our group ordered the meatloaf, which was huge and... More

If you are coming from central Phoenix or Scottsdale, this hidden gem is a schlep, but undeniably worth it. As others have pointed out, maybe 30 people are accommodated inside, though during the high season from September to early June you should enjoy the patio that can seat another 30 or so. The Duck Breast, cooked to perfection and well... More

They consistently do a great job. Limited menu that varies with the season. If you really want a special dish you can call a few weeks in advance and generally they will be able to fulfill your request. Very small and you must bring your own wine or beer - but that also keeps the cost of the meal low.

This place is small but makes up for it in uniqueness and excellent food. It's a very cozy place with a limited menu which makes it more personal. It's located in an area of a lot of chain restaurants so it is a treat when we can find a place that's different. Sunday breakfast is the best....make reservations.

I was delighted by the menu and the food didn't disappoint. The bread used for our sandwiches was the best I've had since I moved from NY. Dishes are creative without being pretentious or ridiculous. Desert menu changes daily, great service, nice atmosphere.

This is a very small restaurant. However the lines/waits to get in on Sundays says it all--the food is worth the wait!!! Once you start eating, the "closeness" doesn't matter ;o) My husband and I enjoy going out for breakfast. Coming from Chicago area with so many restaurants providing eggs benedict on the menu, it was a real disappointment not... More

This is a very small place with maybe seven tables so you need a reservation. You also need to bring your own wine and they charge $3. a person Cork Fee. The Menu changes with the season. Last night they offered salads, starters, appetizers and seven very different dinners to pick from. They always start you off with Hot Bread... More

Sunday breakfast is truly wonderful, various versions of eggs benedict, Belgian waffles and home made corned beef hash. The meat loaf sandwich or dinner is moist and delicious. Bring your own wine or champagne and pay a small corkage fee. Magnificent $12 1/2 lb. hamburger. Everything seems to be made from scratch in the small kitchen and the service is... More

We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best breakfast we've ever had. Dinners are as good as we've ever had. We will continue to go there.
