Excellent food

It was really crowded AR lunch today. The staff worked so hard and kept up. Old fashion counter where they made milkshakes. Been been there many times. Soups are all fresh and so delicious. I had a shrimp crab sandwich that was huge and delightful. 1/2 CAME HOME! Friendly homey atmosphere. One of... read more

We wandered in here because it was later and we just needed some dinner and we love this old building. Were we surprised! I had the chicken avocado panini and my husband ordered a bacon cheese burger and the quality of the food surprised us. Best surprise were the cinnamon vanilla scones served with dinner, holy cow!! They also serve... More

We had the sliced wrap medallions. I liked the sun dried tomato tortilla wrap the best, lots of flavor. Also had the sweet scone breads, all of which were yummy. We froze the leftovers and are still enjoying them!

Cute place but sandwiches were just okay and expensive. Scones were yummy but fries were ice cold. Service was pleasant but not attentive. Had to ask for drink refills.

Can't say enough about this place. The artichoke panini is great, as is the Waldorf salad wrap. One friend only eats steak, says it's the best in town. The tomato basil and coconut Thai soups are amazing. Today's scones were chocolate and peanut butter chip, YUM! But my favorite is still the cherry. Service is personal, ambiance perfect.

Ambiance, menu variety, specials, service, unexpected European cuisine. From steaks to scones this place pleases. Superb service, but no hovering..

Owned by local people. The food is great. They have special days for a quiet date with your honey. Located in a older building with great atmosphere

We reserved a after-noon TEA a week before arriving. Very good food. Traditional English fair, scones etc.

Seems like you have to wait for a very long time now days. Used to be a little waitress that was so fast and so nice... but she is gone and now the wait staff will wander over and act as if you just peed in their wheaties. Food is good, but I dont like to feel as if I... More

The staff were friendly and the food was great plus the lemonade was refreshing on such a hot day. I also loved the scone.
