This is the best german food I have eaten in a very long time. I am pretty sure there is a little german grandma in the back making everything from scratch! :) Everything we ate was delicious. The schnitzel was excellent as was the spatzle and warm potato salad. In fact, all 4 of us that ate there loved everything... More

They do not have a soda fountain, but have sodas in bottles made from cane sugar which really pleased. Our table had schnitzel, cordon bleu ,childs brat plate, and currywurst. We also did a scnhitzel carry out. I heard no complaints from the others in our party. I had never had currywurst before and I really enjoyed it. My son... More

Actually I really like this restaurant but recently it has been inconsistent. The last time I was there I ordered a schnitzel (pork) and was served a chicken schnitzel - it was OK but not what I ordered. The server explained (afterward) that "well, we ran out of the pork so we just gave you the chicken". Probably better to... More

I'm not a big German food fan. I find it very bland and unexciting. this German cafe is pretty authentic. if you like fried pork and bratwurst then this is your place. I had the goulash for lunch it wasn't bad.

Just looking at that picture of the brats and sauerkraut make my mouth water. The food is authentic German cooking. Great place to have dinner with friends.

Every time I take the a trip down to Sierra Vista, I put this place on my list of places to go. The food is consistently great and tastes like a hearty home cooked meal. I ALWAYS get the potato salad when I visit-makes my mouth water thinking about it! I've tried the Raumschnitzel (onion cream schnitzel) and the goulash-delicious.... More

I am always full after I eat here! I love the food it's worth the price of the meal. It's cozy and cute not fussy or fancy. The only thing I don't like is that the bathroom is in the bar Nextdoor and my grandmother was hit on by a drunk guy! She however liked it lol. I hold it... More

We here twice. The first time I went I was just hoping it was a bad day. The service was awful dishes were not cleared and food was brought out whenever the waitress decided, my party was finished eating by the time I got my food. The wait time was very lengthy. The "pommes" were obviously just frozen and the... More

This was a delicious discovery for us! We rode up from Bisbee for lunch to try it based on the reviews on TA. Food is s-o-o-o good...you won't go wrong here! Loved the onion creme schnitzel, hot potato salad and coleslaw. My husband had the saurbraten with bread dumplings. We walked out totally satisfied and are sad that we won't... More

Don't know if I was just there on an off day, but I was very disappointed with the food and service. I love German food and drove all the way from Tucson just to try this cafe. The food didn't really strike me as "German." The "pommes frites" were just Ore Ida crinkle cut frozen French fries. The Wiener Schnitzel... More
