I went to the German cafe, making the trek from Tucson and was quite disappointed. I had the Curry wurst and could not detect a speck of curry in the sauce, just a sauce that tasted like warmed catsup. The price was a little high for 1 sausage, fries and about 3 tablespoons of coleslaw, $10.00. Grand total of $16.00... More

We decided to find a place that served good German food, and we did. My Berlin born wife and I know what it should be and we were not disappointed - in the food. Most everything else was a let down. The booth seats are ripped and repaired with black tape, as is the dirty carpet. The artificial plants are... More

The food was outstanding. I haven't had German food like this since I lived in Germany 16 years ago. Even in Germany this restaurant would stand out because the food is superb. One of the best meals I've had from a restaurant. Everything was perfect and truly German all the way. Calling it a cafe is appropriate perhaps, due to... More

Great food - just like what we so loved so much when we lived in Germany. Will definitely be back when we return to Sierra Vista.

While tiny, this restaurant serves outstanding German food. I visited it twice while on a business trip. I had the Curried Bratwurst and the Wiener Schnitzel, both being excellent. I hadn’t had curried bratwurst before and was surprised how well the two flavors combined. Be warned, the restaurant only accepts cash. Also, if you want a beer with your meal,... More

Have eaten there several times, always excellent. everything made to order so there can be a little wait but worth it. Have tired a number of items never having found one I or my wife didn't like. And the desserts are to die for, all home made not Cisco. Never know what she will have as it always changes.

The best is still the best. Potato pancake Reuben with cucumber salad. Chocolate pear cake. Open for lunch right into dinner. Good for us living with a 3 hour difference. Flavors are unique to this place. Put it anywhere and it would thrive. Service is great too.

Great onion and cream schnitzel, potato salad and cucumber salad. Super nice people. Our first night in Sierra Vista for the birding festival, found this highly recommended, very small place on Yelp and Trip Advisor. Great food, great service.

I was somewhat shocked when I saw this rated #1 restaurant in Sierra vista. Didn't know that many people knew about this amazing place. The food is incredible and the service is great. I try something new every time I go and am never disappointed. Take the family or a date and you won't be disappointed either.

Had dinner June 24th. The place can be a little bit hard to find if you don't know Sierra Vista (like we were) but once you find it you will not be disappointed. The place is small but for a Tuesday evening there was a good number of customers there. I had the Ruben and my wife had the German... More
