The food here is pretty good but a little expensive. If they are busy, you could be waiting for an hour so I usually go somewhere else if they have more than 5 tables occupied. The kimchi fried rice is horrible but, other than that, I have enjoyed my food here.

This was our first time trying Korean food; and it was delicious! We started with the Fried Mandu appetizer, and had Bulgoki for our entrees (shrimp & chicken). The meals came with 8 small sides and big bowls of sticky rice. Everything tasted great; i really enjoyed myself. The waitress was very attentive, service was quick. I will add that... More

After being in Portal and Hereford for 5 nights while visiting AZ, we needed to get some food with more intense flavor, and more importantly, veggies. We ordered the jja jang myeon (noodles in black bean sauce) and kim chi dooboo chigae (kim chi tofu stew). Location: in a strip mall (shock!) on W Fry Street. Food: The noodles were... More

I love the variety of fresh veggies you get with their meals. Their food is always good, as well. I have never had anything there I did not like or was not fresh.

First the atmosphere was poor and the decor also very minimal. Service was with a smile and quite good. The kim che and cabbage salad were excelent, but the rest were very bland. The ribs were a bit tough but tasty and the vegies were very good. My wife had the chicken with the Korean BBQ was much tasty.

We have been here twice now. Both visits have been wonderful! The food tasted so fresh and sooo yummy. They have the best kimchee I have ever tasted. Service was excellent and the place was clean.

Pleasantly surprised considering we moved here last September and have tried several Asian restaurants and were disappointed. The atmosphere is clean but small and cozy. The food was fresh, quick and prices were not bad. And..most of all the Korean tasted like Korean! Will definitely hit up this place again.

I have eaten Korean food both in Korea and in the states.I was pleasantly surprised to have had a great evening at Bunbuku with wonderful food and service. The atmosphere was small but cozy. I appreciated that she offered refills of kimchi and other sides without reluctance. My friends enjoyed their bi bim bap and I loved my kim chi... More

Went here because I was told it would be better than Kim Ba Woo's. It wasn't. The banchan were not very good. My home-made kimchee is much better. The kim bap was pretty good, just as kim ba woos was. However, the real kick in the pants here was the main course I got: jap chae. I'm sorry, but this... More
