WOW! Just WOW. This is the best Mexican food we have ever had. The food is fresh with local flavors and with a twist on the usual Mexican fare. We enjoyed the light and crispy emanadas for an appetizer served with fresh avacado and sour cream. The Chile relleno con Pollo was out of this world. The scallops in cornmeal... More

No reservations are taken This restaurant is only open from 5-9pm. We arrived at around 4:45 and waited in line for 45min in order to put our name on the list for a table. Once our names were taken, we were advised that it would be about a 2 hour wait, so we went back to our hotel and returned... More

Very friendly staff, no reservations are taken. Good atmosphere and the food was great. Wonderful corn salsa dip. Price are reasonable, we would return.

Outside patio was great with blankets to wrap up in. We loved the goat cheese appetizer .The food was unique, attractively served and quite good. Jasmine, our server, was very attentive and explained the menu in detail for us. The wait is worth it but go early to enjoy the patio anyway. Currently open only Tuesday through Saturday .

We were warned about the wait, but didn't listen. The restaurant opens at 5 and we were told the best time to arrive is about 4:30. We arrived at 6:30. We were seated at 8:30. And, I never thought I would say this, but it was worth the wait. There is a large waiting area - as there needs to... More

I won't duplicate what everyone else has said, but simply this: go. The food is outstanding, they have a good wine list, service is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is warm. There's a wait to get in - they don't take reservations - but staff shuttles you straight to the beverage line and then out to the patio... More

Over 2000 reviews, so obviously Elote has drawn considerable attention. In a short, the interest is deserved, and there is genuine passion in the service and preparation of the food. Like discussions about the best show in the long legacy of the Grateful Dead, if you find yourself in Sedona, a visit will make for some great discussions about food.

Chef Jeff cranks out incredible food and cool drinks in this funky spot. Be prepared to wait but it's no big deal! There is a take out bar (awesome and unique margaritas) and free chili spiced free popcorn to eat while you wait on the porch. There are headlamps and fireplace with way cool music! Loved it! Great food that... More

Friendly attentive staff that was able to answer any questions we had about the menu. I had the chicken mole poblano and a pomegranate margarita. Highly recommended!
