Recommended by our tour guide from Detours (Richard) who told us we wouldn't be disappointed if we were looking for a good sandwich for lunch. As soon as he mentioned homemade bread, we were sold. We were a group of seven. Six of us split sandwiches (they are that big!) and the 7th one of us, who is glutin intolerant,... More

Based on the good reviews this place has on TripAdvisor, we made a point of having lunch here on our recent visit to Sedona. This is a small restaurant with a walk-up counter and picnic tables outside. There are no restrooms here. We were aware of the generous portions, so my husband and I shared a Hawaiian Pork Sandwich on... More

This restaurant makes their sandwiches with five different kinds of homemade bread. They are so large that one sandwich can feed 2 people. Don't know where you can get a sandwich that size for 7.25. There was always a line out the door so get there early as once they run out of bread they close. It was so good... More

After the great reviews, I was really excited about this place! The turkey sandwich listed a lot of interesting ingredients, so I ordered that. Since they are such huge sandwiches, my husband and I split it, but he really wanted a different kind of sandwich. (Too bad you can't order 1/2 sandwich).Yes, there was lots of turkey on it, but... Probably the best sandwich I've ever had. Got the turkey cranberry, sprouts, avocado, etc. Should've split it with my husband since it was huge! Bring cash!

I agree sandwiches are large but meat is wet and processed. Owner is grumpy and not helpful to those with dietary restrictions. Wouldn't go back.

My husband and I had great lunch sandwiches here and wanted to come back for a second lunch. They were not open on weekends so we missed it but would highly recommend. That said, it's cash only and they have one size fits all with lots of toppings. So our kids ended up tasting a piece of our sandwiches but... More

I called for an order to go, when I got there a lady that was there told me that I never order anything and that they didn't have an order under my name. I went back and asked someone else to call and ask and see if they had put the order and then again the same lady answered and... More

My wife and I stopped by here to get a sandwich for a picnic on one of our hikes. The sandwich was really huge, my wife and I had no problem filling up splitting a single sandwich. The homemade italian roll was very good, but the sandwich overall was nothing special on taste, just your average ham sandwich, albeit a... More
