First time eating at El Rincon. Food was good. Sat out on the patio which was nice. Definitely would recommend and go there again when in the area.

Food was good but OMG the FLAN was Amazing! Best flan I have ever tried!!!!! If you come to Sedona you have to try this restaurant. Great service and wonderful atmosphere. Don't leave without trying the Flan!

...and I eat a lot of Mexican food. It's not designer, not trendy, and not a hole in the wall. This is a proper sit-down restaurant with standard Mexican fare prepared perfectly. there is nothing quite like sitting out on El Rincon's patio, eating their complimentary salsa and chips, sipping on Sangria (so refreshing!), and eating the offered fish tacos, chicken quesadillas appetizer (big enough for an entree), or chili rellenos! We are locals and have always enjoyed our time at El Rincon.

Had the chimicanga with a guacamole salad. Margarita, too. Tasty and well prepared food, service excellent. Nice outdoor serving.

Nothing was fresh...not even the Margarita or Sangria mix. The food was that sloppy, tasteless Tex Mex that is notoriously bland. Even the Tequilas were run of the mill, and way too pricey. All in all, avoid it when in Sedona.

I had an interesting spinach cream cheese enchilada that was different and tasty. My wife was able to order a crispy taco, which many places do not have. The salsa is nice and spicy. Restaurant caters much more to margarita drinkers. Wine list is VERY limited.

Food was pretty good and the price was ok. It was an average Mexican restaurant and service was good. I loved the atmostsphere on the patio with the outdoor music and nice weather.

I went here on advice from a local, as being better than Javalina Cantina (locals usually favour one or the other). It was OK. The food was pretty standard for the higher price I paid.
