Nothing of fancy sorts

After walking around Main Street during the Cowboy festival on Sunday, July 26, 2015 my parents and I went into Oaxaca for an early dinner. There are steps to enter the restaraunt and steps to climb in certain parts of the restaraunt. There are steps to get to the restroom and three steps to get... read more

I arrived in Sedona hungry and thirsty. The Canyon Breeze across the street was a zoo so I headed over to the Oaxaca for a refreshing beer and a bite to eat. Altho the sounds of rooftop dining was appealing, I wandered thru the restaurant to get to the back bar which I felt would give me quiet respite. As... More

After hiking for several hours in the scorching sun we were ready to relax with some good food and we were not disappointed. There was a cowboy event going on in the town and it was extremely crowded. We had a party of 3 adults and 5 kids and we could see the restaurant had a waiting line but they... More

We had dinner on a Saturday night, the place was almost empty and the service was slow and aloof. Food was Mexican generic. Good location with lots of better options.

We had a delicious and plentiful Mexican lunch on the upper patio of this authentically decorated restaurant. The staff was present and helpful, especially during the hail storm we encountered!

This is a casual dining place. You can eat inside or outside. It is on the main shopping area through Sedona in a shopping area (nice shops, by the way!!). The food is great and generous portions. The staff are friendly and helpful.Loved this place!

I'm a local and if you are looking for quality Mexican food, there are better options in town. This place is right in the heart of the tourist district for a reason. Food was bland and not inexpensive. Service is so-so at best. Try El Rincon just down the street.

Whenever in Sedona, we love to talk into this quiet cool beautifully decorated place for some unique flavors. We start with an order of grilled cacti and their homemade spicy salsa and chips. Add a couple of their top shelf margaritas to that, and you have a great way to start your shady relaxing break from the summer heat. Their... More

I went with out of town family to Sedona and we ate at Oaxaca (pronounced Wa-ha-ka). We started with margaritas (so many kinds to choose from) with chips and a yummy salsa. I ordered the Red Rock Enchiladas, which were filled with cheese, avocado, and sour cream. Absolutely delicious. Everyone loved the meal. Highly recommended!

We ate lunch here, the service was good, fast, friendly and efficient. House salsa and tortilla chips were good and they refilled the salsa upon request. Both my husband and I ordered a pint of the local craft beer which was excellent and had the fajita burro. The burrito was packed with grilled chicken and tender, crisp veggies. Delicious cilantro... Thank you for taking the time to come in and join us. I am so glad you enjoyed Beers and Burritos! Maybe that could be a new slogan. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know how we did. I get great pleasure out of telling the Oaxaca staff how well they did. If you’re ever in beautiful... More
