Great local restaurant with comfort foods on the menu

Liked the simply uncluttered decor, menu variety, and food quality and quantity. Service was OK, but there was only one server working on a Wednesday night

Had dinner there both nights we stayed in Sedona. The bleu cheese burger & chili relleños were great, and the Oak Creek Brewery but brown ale exceptional. Caution when ordering dessert, as a the slab of outstanding coconut cream pie was HUGE! Good service & an older clientele that seemed to be largely made up of locals.

The food was that of an average every day restaurant but the prices were high. We had to ask to be seated because the hostess was busy talking to another employee and did not even see us enter. Ok to say I ate there once but I will not return.

Sometimes when you've been at a tourist mecca and had several gourmet meals, you just want something more basic & downhome--that's Nick's. Whether it's steaks, pasta or Mexican, it will be good here. Besides a full bar, they have excellent local micro-brews on tap. Our service was excellent.

We ate here a couple years ago. Came back because our memories were good. Not quite what we recalled, but decent. He and I split a SW chicken salad and smoked brisket lunch. The salad was solid --- lots of strips of BBQ chicken, good greens, nice amount of cheese and black beans and corn. Ranch dressing was unremarkable. Brisket... More

We had just got into the Sedona area tonight. We were starving and trying to find a good place to eat. Nick's was there about a minute from our hotel ( who recommended the place). Sat down instantly got water for all and the drinks were strong and great for the price! Two of use ordered breakfast which they serve... More

We were seated right away and the order was taken readily. In comparison to other places, the prices were fair and you got plenty to eat. A doggie bag was necessary as too much food to eat. The meal was hot and flavorful. Will go back again when we come to town.

First, Nick's on the West Side has been discovered. It was packed, and getting packed-er when we arrived. We were shunted aside, forgotten, given a sort-of apology and that was the start. I had the all-you-can-eat tacos, the special, and two tacos were all I could eat. They were both delicious. I had the fish, and I had the beef.... More

We were seated promptly but took a long time for waitress to take order. She apologized saying that there had been an issue with another customer's bill. She wasn't grumpy, but neither was she welcoming or friendly. Food looked like typical diner fare with some Mexican dishes, but I was a little put off up front by the service. Ordered... More
