Great location, staff was great, so nice and attentive. Pool was nice and had a kiddie pool, so much to offer in one location.

The rooms are being upgraded with flat screen TV's and more modern furniture. I like the fitness center; but the equipment needs to be UPDATED! Jerry is an excellent Trainer and I work with him each time I visit.

Great resort and fantastic location. The suites are nice, the grounds are well kept. My biggest complaint is the charge for wifi, and its not even a good connection. I think $15 a day is outrageous. It does include some free activities and use of the gym. The location is my favorite part of staying here. Its right behind Tlaquepaque... More

We've been going here for years and it is in the best location. Only issue has been how outdated it's been, but now under Diamond Resorts it's being updated.

We are local and went to the pool as guests of members. We all ordered lunch and my daughter ordered a sausage patty sandwich. She ate about half of it and was full, so I grabbed it and took a bite- it was RAW! The outside brown, the inside COMPLETELY RAW!! I spoke with the manager who apologized and said... More

We had three units, two of which we traded for as we are Interval Members. The units were wonderful and well equipped. They did a nice job putting us next to each other. We had 213, 214, and 215. Arlan Brooks checked us in and helped us out from start to finish. He is friendly, professional, and outstanding! We stayed... More

Our friends had gifted us three days at Los Abrigados. Diamond resorts has been working on fixing this facility up since it purchased it recently. Pool was open, spa nice and hot grounds well kept. The rooms are dated but clean and in good repair. Very satisfied and happy that we didn't suffer the Zombie Timeshare experience!

I received an on-line invitation to stay at this property for 3 nights for a refundable $100 deposit if we listened to their time share pitch. This was an offer that was made after I viewed an "Undercover Boss" segment. I have to say that Mr. Koubeck (sp.?) states how perfectly clean and flawless he expects all of his properties... More

It's dated, old, musty smelling. The pool on our side of the complex was closed for renovations, though they didn't let you know that when making reservations. Will definitely stay somewhere else our next trip to Sedona.

A beautiful resort, great location, but rooms are dated, e.g. carpet squares (well worn), Formica counter tops, 1970-80's vintage door knobs, plumbing hardware, and furnishings. Despite the management responses seen here in reviews for at least the last year citing ongoing renovation, our unit was quite dated. The adult pool was still not available, also seen in reviews from earlier... More
