Its really the first time i feel raged after j ate something. I went there with my four friends and tbh we have very low standards for food. One of them can eat instant noodles for a week. Two of us ordered pizzas and three of us ordered spaghetti with chicken breast. You guess what..... The pizza was so thin... More

Great Italian restaurant. The two dishes we had were spaghetti boulignesse and veal marsala. Both were delicious but the marsala was our favorite. Bread was fresh and tasty and the mixed green salad was quite flavorful. We will definitely be going back.

The crust was a cross between a saltine cracker and cracker bread which was unexpected but pleasant (we still prefer a good traditional crust, however). The next thing we noticed was the tasty cheese. Although the sauce was good, it did not have as much flavor as we would have liked. The vegetables were very, very thinly sliced; we would... More

Every time before I go away I look at Trip Advisor and make a list of possible restaurants to eat at. I look at websites and menus. This is mainly because me and my family are a little picky and have food restrictions (such as no meat, no salt). Troia's was on my list. We were shopping at a store... More

This restaurant was recommended by the hotel staff. We were not disappointed with the meal (we both had the special - hanger steak, kinda like london broil with a chianti reduction sauce). My wife ordered hers medium (she usually orders medium well, but I talked her out of it because the meat would be thinner) and I ordered medium-rare. As... More

Food and service were both great. If you LOVE Italian food, then this is the place to go. One of the better dining establishments in Sedona. Not over priced.

Every meal we have had at Troia's (and there have been many) reminds me of sharing dinner with my favorite family members. We feel as if the food has been especially prepared for just us and enjoy the camaraderie with owners Sam and Rosanne. My favorites at Troia's are the Mussels which I have as an entre and the Sole... It's been a couple of years since I dined at Troia's, and I remember enjoying it. My recent visit was a disappointment. I had the chicken cannelloni, and I was underwhelmed. No mozzarella on top, and just acceptable flavor. My wife had the chicken marsala, and it had a strange grey sauce, when it should've been brown. Again, it tasted... More

I decided to go out and have a nice dinner, I chose Troia's ..... wrong choice . I ordered the lobster ravioli.... Not good at all first off it was 24.00 and I don't mind the cost if the food reflects it, and in this case it did not even come close. There were 4 raviolis on my plate and... More

Perhaps many of the Sedona long time residents enjoy the exact same menu, the same seasoning, the same preparation and no innovation visit after visit that has characterized Troias for many years. However as a rather recent resident who has dined at Troias with some frequency over the last 3 years, I can say without hesitation that the food is... More
