It's a nice quiet restaurant and the waiter was very friendly and made good recommendations. We had the beef fajita which was very good. The chips and salsa was very generous as well. Food came out quickly and the margaritas were perfect.

Brilliant food... Great flavours, not too spicy for those of us who do not eat Mexican food often but can certainly be amped up depending on your predilection. Very generous serving sizes. Warning: the jalapeño margarita was wickedly hot.... Personally I will stick with the cucumber and mint version. Service the night we went very personable if slow ( seemed... More

After finding out the #1 ranked Mexican restaurant in Sedona was closed the two days we were here, we opted for this instead...and a good choice it was! From Zach, the bartender, to the homemade queso dip, amazing margaritas, and a delicious meal, we got it all. Great value for everything we got...would definitely recommend to anyone looking for authentic... More

My daughter and I decided to try this place (thanks to Trip Advisor reviewers) for a late lunch on a leisurely Saturday. It is a bit pricey but I suppose it's mainly due to the fact that it's located in a tourist town. My daughter ordered the Pollo Asado and I tried a couple items from the appetizer menu. Specifically,... More

What a great recommendation from our hotel concierge! Excellent Mexican (and we know, we're from Houston) and Tex-Mex, which is nearly impossible to find outside of Texas. Good Margaritas, excellent chips / queso / salsa and the entrees were all very solid. Loved it.

We were in search of a good Mexican food restaurant after we had eaten at a couple of bad ones in Sedona when we found Taos Cantina. I thought it was going to be hot New Mexican style because of the name, but was pleasantly surprised! The food was of excellent quality. The only reason I didn't give it 5... More

We ate at Taos Cantina twice during a recent visit to Sedona. We really enjoyed ourselves because the food was fantastic. Everything was well presented and a bonus was the fact that the sides were served family style. The drinks were great as well! Both evenings we found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. Try the Street Tacos,... More

I loved everything about this meal! The service was excellent. Our server provided informative recommendations (popular meals, his favourites, etc) and he was absolutely right about what was good! We got some tacos and margaritas which were delicious! They offered unlimited rice and refried beans but the original serving was generous enough for us. The portions were perfect - not... More

TAO CANTINA - After walking through just about every shop, I decided I wanted lunch so I had my eye on Tao Cantina and sat myself at a high-top in the bar at the entrance of the bar. It was an awesome seat with views unparralled. Surprisingly, servers, the hostess, and the manager all walked past me multiple times without... More

One of the best meals we've had and the best meal we had in Sedona! Manny was our server and provided excellent service. We had the opportunity to meet the GM (Jordan) and he was friendly and hospitable. The corn soup is out of this world delicious!!!
