Good food in OK atmosphere

The burgers were good and the fries very good. The family also liked the fish and chips. The service was good, but you expect a little more attention for the price. Our UK friends had mentioned that they had a lunch stop here and enjoyed it so we did the same a couple of weeks later. I enjoyed the Pozole which hit the spot perfectly for lunch and the sandwich with Fries was pretty good washed down with a beer and wine respectively. Nice relaxed place to sit and take in... More

Heading north out of Sedona, you enter Oak Creek Canyon and one of the loveliest drives in Arizona. About mid-way, you arrive at the Junipine Resort and Café. This is a great place to stop for a great lunch if you are day tripping up or out of the Canyon. Enjoy a large outdoor dining area, listen to the wind... More

The service was quick and the food was good, the ambiance is nothing write home about. A little small but you are 8 miles away form Sedona. If you're looking for a small, quiet place to enjoy a meal within walking distance, this will work perfectly fine. The decor is just pretty sparse.

I had the ribeye steak. I ordered it medium rare and it came out medium well. It was still good.... a very thin cut which I'm sure is why they had trouble cooking it to medium rare. Service was excellent. Ambiance is nice when you can sit on the patio. Patio chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Inside dining has sparse decorations... More

Stopped on our way to Sedona. Great lunch. Try the burger or grilled cheese. Beautiful location. The view is breathtaking.

See The Table for a complete review. Same location, with Steve as manager, and a terrific staff. Food is excellent.

We stopped in on a busy Sat. night (Mother's Day and Graduation weekend) and although the restaurant was full with larger parties, we were greeted warmly and offered a seat at the bar. In less than 20 minutes we were enjoying a tasty meal. I had the restaurant specialty, Pozole (a Mexican broth soup with pork) and my husband had... More

We had dinner for 10 at the Junipine Café and were pleased with the food, staff and décor, limited menu but wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Seriously, try the trout. Casual setting, nice small bar, delicious food and fun cocktails. The service was also very good. This is a nice place with reasonable prices, not particularly fancy but leaning towards upscale. I felt comfortable wearing jeans.

Dear ChristineLTD: We are, and always will be, 'canyon casual'. Hiking gear, collared shirt, or a t-shirt and jeans are all welcome at The Table at Junipine. I agree with you on the trout. We are happy to serve fresh trout for lunch or dinner at a reasonable price. Thank you for visiting and taking the time to talk about... More
